  • Terrible Service!

    Went to Fitzgerald Rockville at appointment time and found 7 cars waiting to check in ahead of me. Had to wait in the car. After 10 minutes I left as line never moved. Couldn’t even go inside the dealership for fear of loosing my place.

  • Horrendous service deparment

    A week into ownership I take my car in for the features I wanted to add. The check in process was horrendous. Being new to this dealership I really didn't have a specific person to talk. The first three guys brush me off and tell me they're busy and told me to simply "wait". My wife and I ended up standing there for a good 20 minutes frustrated that no one would take the time to help us. Finally, in comes Martin to save the day. Martin was courteous and immediately greeted us as he entered through the doors. He walked us through the process and provided us with a loaner car. Initially I was quoted 2 hours so I we decided have a nice lunch while waiting. The 2 hour wait turned to a 4 hour wait but, being optimistic, we decided to stay in the area to past the time. I'm from VA and going down the beltway and back up was not an option on this fine Friday afternoon (rush hour). 4.5 hours later we come back to check on the car and guess what? Apparently the car won't be done until the next morning so we decided to drive home and face the unrelenting traffic. I then come back to the dealer first thing in the morning and as I entered I noticed Martin busy with quite a few customers so I seek help from his coworker. This was the same guy who rudely brushed us off the following day but this time opted to help. I sign a few papers, grab my receipt and headed out the door to wait for my car. 25 minutes later still no sign of my car. Again, another gleaming light of hope and Martin was there to help me out. For some reason the previous guy never requested for my car. Service department: 2/5 stars Martin: 5/5 stars!

    I have had my cars serviced at Fitzgerald Subaru for many years and have always received outstanding work from their service department. Their service department has been very professional, friendly and helpful every time I've been there. I've never had a problem with any of the work done on my cars and the price has always been reasonable. I have also purchased a car at their dealership and have had a few instances where I needed some warranty/recall work done. They have gone out of their way to facilitate me and my work schedule in those times. I would recommend Fitzgerald to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

    I would like to offer my high praise of the Fitzgerald Subaru service department located at 11411 Rockville Pike, Rockville Md. This is by far the best place I have ever taken a vehicle for recommended services. The operation they have there is efficient, pleasant, professional, and I can't say, effecient enough times. No matter what services are being performed on my 2005 Impreza Outback Sport, I am never in the waiting room for more than an hour. From the person taking the vin number to the cashier's sign out I am always impressed by the speed and competence in which the tasks are handled. I would especially like to say how pleased I am by the attention given to me by the service managers at the sign in desk. They always tell me what my car needs and stamp my service book as well as recommending what saving coupons are available for me that day. In every step of the process, I know my car is going to be treated well and returned to me clean and in perfect working order. I have the utmost confidence in this aspect of the visit. I do not have to drive off and wonder if any wheel bolts are loose, any caps not tightened. I have been driving in the Washington area for 35 years and have owned several makes of cars which have been serviced at dealers as well as independent shops. My experiences with those service departments have often been unpleasant, costly, and most aggravatingly time consuming. My experiences with Fitzgerald Subaru service are so convenient and hassle free that I am wishing I had been buying Subarus there from the beginning.

    I bought a Subaru Impreza in the Spring of last year, and so far, my experience with Fitzgerald Suburu has been fine. My service writer, Ken H., is always pleasant, knowlegeable, professional, and gets me in and out as quickly as possible, since he knows I always have to wait for my car. The work has been done right the first time, and I've got no complaints to date. Judy F.

    I have had consistently excellent at White Flint Subaru. Sarah and the entire service team are friendly, professional, and provide truly great customer service. I would highly recommend them for timely and outstanding Subaru service!!

    Overpriced, shoddy work, uncommunicative and rude to boot. If you like being cheated this is the place for you!
