by mpatnode on 03/21/2010I bought a new 2009 Santa Fe from Ourisman and I was told that every other oil change was free. There's a catch that they don't tell you about when you purchase the car. It's free only if you buy the "recommended" service when you get your… "free" oil change. When my wife took the car in for the first "free" oil change, the bill was $43.40 for the oil change, less the oil filter, because she declined the "recommended" service. I can change the oil almost three times for that amount and I can't imagine how much the bill would have been if she hadn't declined the service.Horrible Customer Service
by sammy77 on 03/11/2014updated 06/10/2025They run a shuttle service, and told me to be outside my work an hour earlier than I was planning to leave for the day causing me to not finish work I needed to do. I work right up the road from the place and it took over an hour for them… to pick me up. The first guy got so lost they had to send a second driver. I don't even work 10 minutes away! It was an hour I could have continued working, and when I complained to the manager he just looked at me like I was an idiot and basically told me it was my problem, not his.Worst Service Department Ever
by dean5 on 06/13/2013updated 06/10/2025I took my car to them and they ended up doing over $4000 worth of damage to the engine and denied doing it! I had to get Hyundai Corp involved who later allowed another dealership to correct the original issue and the dealer-caused damage.… DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM FOR SERVICE!!!
