Insted of showing me a new ridgeline they showed me a old one of 2008, so i do not recomend any one to go to this… dealership anymoreWouldn't Go Anywhere Else!

Knowledgeable! No rush - no pressure! I live in southern Maryland, almost an hour away, but… it's worth the trip!Questionable condition of used car when sold
by disappointed76 on 10/10/2012updated 07/28/2025I purchased a 2009 Nissan Sentra about a month ago and just had new rotors and pads put $300. I can understand about the pads, but they should have known about the rotors being bad. When I called and talked to Marty, the Used Car manager,… his attitude was less than helpful and did not seem to care about the issue since there was nothing I could do about the condition of the car sold. I do intend to pursue this issue.Paid/Owe too much on a horrible car
by tealmathews on 01/07/2013updated 07/28/2025I can honestly say that this dealership is the most awful place to buy a vehicle and the staff is very discourteous. I purchased a used car from them and I completely understand that the car is very old. However I did not expect that quite… a few VERY expensive things would break on it and render it pretty much useless in less than a year!!!!! Within 6 months, the power steering rack went out and that is a $1000+ repair, My Catalytic converter is bad ( the dealership service department told me it was my o2 sensor and would not work with me to replace it while it was under warranty) both my drivers side window regulators have gone out and now my key gets stuck in the ignition all the time. I have had other issues too that they actually did cover under the 2 month warranty like the mass airflow sensor going out. Who could sell someone this and not feel bad about what a piece of junk vehicle it was?? Ourisman Honda in Laurel!!! I called and spoke to a service manager and he told me that no one put a gun to my head and told me to buy it.. oh wait I'm sorry that this was the ONLY vehicle that fit in my price range that I could get qualified for and that I didn't want to lose my job and be homeless AGAIN!! He said he didn't understand me not wanting to be homeless.. how insensitive!! I work in customer service and as far as everything I have learned in this job.. Your supposed to help and appease the customer at all times!!! I was so disrespected by everything this dealership did!!! I wrote an email to the GM about everything and received no reply. You would think that he would be worried about a severely unhappy customer.. guess not!!! I DO NOT reccommend buying anything from this dealership!! Even if it is a new car! They will leave you high and dry and be rude to you when the vehicle starts heading downhill. The overall experience with this dealership was terrible!Dishonest and shady

by luvmallen on 06/22/2013updated 07/28/2025When I met the wonderful people at Ourisman Honda of Laurel, I had been looking for a new vehicle for over 8 months. Within the 8 months I met with several car sales reps that either offered vehicles out of my price range or vehicles that… did not have the features I expressed. I had great difficulty finding a vehicle until I stumbled across a vehicle that had the features I wanted but I was unsure if I liked it. My first point of contact was Chip in used auto sales, who advised me that I could come-in at anytime and would be taken care of. Sure enough my mother and I arrived a day later and about 15 minutes before they were set to close, where I met Rex who serviced me as if it was the beginning of the work-day. I was not rushed, I was asked meaningful questions, took a test drive and was even able to take the car home to see if I was truly interested in the vehicle. Needless to say the next day I returned and was in love with the vehicle. I was ready to buy but very nervous because it was my first time buying a car completely on my own. I met with Debbie in finance who is a true gem. Debbie was very thorough and ensured that I understood everything. She even paused multiple times to ensure I had no questions/confusion. My experience at Ourisman Honda of Laurel where I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 200 was the best experience I have had. I would refer anyone including family, friends and co-workers to the wonderful people at Ourisman Honda of Laurel.
