Before purchasing my new 2014 Impala, I read many professional reviews as well as on-line documentation available on the gm.com web site. Anthony M., our salesman, was extremely helpful, but not pushing by explaining differences between the 2013 and 2014 Impala, and in helping us select great interior and exterior colors and the available options for our new car. Anthony's in-depth knowledge of the the car's engine, transmission, steering, sound proofing techniques, and advanced suspension system was excellent. I had previously visited another dealer where the salesman had little or any knowledge of cars he was trying to sell.
