    I have bought 4 cars from this dealer and had multiple Chevy's serviced there and I am done with AutoNation Laurel. This was the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. The service Rep, Jim, didn't return calls, I didn't know what was going on with the repairs and had to eventually just keep hitting 0 to get to someone. Now to the service. One of the issues I had was that one of the tire air pressure sensors needed to be repaired. Not only was it not repaired, now none of the tire sensors work. Additionally, i brought up a transmission issue and Jim's solution to that was to replace the transmission for $10,000. I have subsequently had real automotive professionals look at the issue and it is a repair that can be done for less than half of Jim's quote. So I would like money refunded for the $600 I spent to actually make some of the repair issues worse, I won't be bringing back my car to be held hostage, have a non-responsive service coordinator, and be given price gouging quotes for repairs. I'd never recommend this place to even enemies.

  • Great deal on 2021 Toyota Corolla but the dealer prep could be better.

    Purchased a 2021 Toyota Corolla for a refugee family with special financing. AutoNation was patient in holding the vehicle for a week while the loan and check was being processed. The Corolla passed MD inspection but still needed routine maintenance such as front tire replacement, oil change, and brakes. Upon delivery, they stated the Corolla would to be detailed but they only washed and filled the gas tank. The interior still needed cleaning. Overall, it was a good deal without the pressure sales pitch.

    The customer seevice person is never pleasant , always a complaint to a question , i hate to day this but i the next customer come in of different race very pleasant , and let me ask my technicians how long it will take . Everyone should be treated with same customer service level .

    Saw the vehicle on the internet early that morning while at work, sent the text for info. Salesman called a few hours later said it was available, I replied ok see you this evening after work. Came up, saw the vehicle on the lot, drove around the lot, parked, came in said I wanted it. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, the process quick and easy. Drove home with a new Tundra truck.

    Very pleasant hassle free experience with one price is right no negotiation no back and forth runs really appreciate the process smooth buying experience. Really like the 5 day 250 miles return policy and 90 day 4000 miles warranty I hope it's going to work out for me they gave a full tank of gas and washed the car changed the engine oil and filter (it's a used car) one rear viper blade was bad and they replaced with a new one.
