Staff is the best around. I have never felt pushed into buying more than I need. I have… thought about buying other cars if this car ever dies, but I will have to buy another Honda from O'Donnell just to continue to get the service I get from the service department there. I explained what car I was interested in possibly purchasing. The next day Terry responded with an email that… included a good honest price. I responded and made an appointment to look at the car. Terry and I worked out a great price where I was not pressured with unwanted options and add-ons. It was my best experience to date purchasing a new car, and I have purchased a good number in my 61 years. I will definitely look to Terry and O'Donnell Honda for my next Honda purchase.My experience

I went in for an oil change on one of the busiest days of the year. I was on a tight schedule… and couldn't wait for the estimated service time. I told the manager I would come back on another day. My only complaint would be there was a phone conversation going on in the… office by one of the workers and the call was on speaker and a lot of laughing was happening during the call.
