O'Donnell Honda

My appointment was at 8 a.m. and I was greeted promptly. The wait time for my repair was reasonable. I appreciated the coffee, bagels and fruit that was provided. My only complaint would be there was a phone conversation going on in the office by one of the workers and the call was on speaker and a lot of laughing was happening during the call. I felt that was extremely unprofessional.
