    Everyone was supportive, helpful, and kind. They worked hard to get me into the perfect vehicle that I could afford but that I would love. All the staff worked together to make the experience painless and less stressful. There is a true sense of family in this establishment.     When we arrived with my husband's car, we met Jerard, the Service Rep. He was helpful in getting both our cars serviced to work with our schedule. When I asked about linking my phone to the car, a problem that I had been dealing with, he got John, your phone guru, who linked my phone in about five minutes.

    Worked with Chris and Dustin. Fantastic experience, fair pricing for trade-in with reasonable accomodation for recent service. Zero pressure, super friendly. Both were attentive to the type of driving, where indo it, and my needs. We have a LOT of construction and deconstruction in my area, and I drive frequently near or through those site: they recommended the Wheel and Tire service plan- and within two days I was using it to patch a screw in one. It's around $25 in my area to have someone do a patch. The wheel and tire coverage presumably replaces with only Honda OEM tires, so keep that in mind if you plan to replace with specialty or different brand. They will probably still replace your tire if it's too damaged, but it will be with the OEM brand. The larger Alloy Wheels have the drawback of being WAY more prone to cracks and damage. I wish I could opt for the 17", but buying and replacing new wheels and tires, then selling the old is not something I have time for atm. I also don't know how that would effect resale/trade in, and the tire-wheel warranty.

    Eric, Sergey and Mike were all excellent at their respective jobs. Car buying often can be a nerve wracking experience but the three of them made it easy and pleasant. They also answered all of my questions clearly and helped me figure out what I wanted. And as per, they all were pleasant and courteous, and there weren't any pressured interactions. Add in the always reliable check-up and repair shop, and these are the reasons the I have purchased my cars from --and had them serviced by -- Anderson for more than three decades.

    My car Technician Mark Cavey was OUTSTANDING and answered all my questions about my Honda. I had a bad experience at another Honda dealer's service center so this was my first time at Anderson and I truly feel as though I now have a service department that I can trust. The Shuttle Drive was so friendly and pleasant and safely drove my to my office and came and picked me up to bring me back to my car. I appreciate the staff and service at Anderson Honda and will continue to have my car serviced here.

    From Larry, the Customer Agent, who first talked to me, to Lee in Service to Ian who helped me the morning I arrived for my service appointment, to Joey who greeted me and later drove me home, I was treated as a valued friend, not just a customer. I only regret 5 stars is the highest score I can give. I used to teach VA employees in the Mid-Atlantic Region customer service. Anderson Honda would be a case-study on how it should be accomplished. Thank you!
