onFrom Larry, the Customer Agent, who first talked to me, to Lee in Service to Ian who helped me the morning I arrived for my service appointment, to Joey who greeted me and later drove me home, I was treated as a valued friend, not just a customer. I only regret 5 stars is the highest score I can give. I used to teach VA employees in the Mid-Atlantic Region customer service. Anderson Honda would be a case-study on how it should be accomplished. Thank you!
