    I recently purchased my 2019 RR out of state. I setup and appointment online for a 90k mile service and a MD State inspection. Upon arrival I meet with my assigned service writer Ryan Morse. From the get go Ryan was right on point. He explained the everything about the 90k service and all of my options. He then explained the MD State inspection process. Ryan above and beyond to make sure I understand everything I planned to have done. I also received the same level of care and detail from Chris the service tech working on my RR. I apricated the video of the component which failed the state inspection. Ryan told my RR would be completed at 4pm, I was surprised when Ryan call me just before 3pm to tell me my RR's service was completed. The service team here exceeded my expectations.

    Service department was ready and on time upon my arrival. Arrangements made for a new Jaguar crossover loaner vehicle. Full 22,000 mile service check as needed. Pricing was very fair for the full day of service. Service manager reviewed all areas before and after the work was completed. Very professional and thorough.

    The service team (Tim and Yanni) were amazing! They got my Defender in quickly and fixed my issue! I appreciated their kindness and attention to my needs! They provided a nice loaner and washed my Defender and dropped it off when the issue was resolved!

    I truly had the best experience with my Sales agent, Pamela Keys. She lives up to the standards of what 10/10 service really is. Not one star was given without consideration. Her years in service really show and her appreciated for her customers are unmatched. She feels like family. I have been to several delearships in the past year and I have to say that Willian (Bill) Keyes, is a very involved and deserving manager.   • Great Experience

    I recently purchases a 2024 Land Rover Defender from LR Hunt Valley. I very pleasnt experience. I initially started looking for a vehicle in earl fall 2023. Once I saw and drove the Defender, I fell in love with the look, feel and comfort of the vehicle. My sales associate was Pamela Keys, WOW! What a great experience. She allowed me to ask numerous questions and at not time did she appear frustrated at my continuous questions. I started my conversation with her in September and had over 15 questions about the vehicle and service- and she answered them all. I did not purchase the vehicle until January of 2024, so for 3 months we addressed all my questions. I had concerns about LR reputation for reliability. She addressed my concerns without a hard sell’s pitch on the vehicle. After our discussion I was able to do my own research and felt comfortable enough to purchase the vehicle. I wish all my car purchase experience were like this. Thanks Pam and LAND rover Hunt Valley.

  • Service - Milena is the best!

    I have had my cars serviced by other dealerships, but there is no comparison when it comes to Milena and her team. Milena is phenomenal! I am so glad that I found her. She has gone above and beyond for me every time I brought my car in for service. In addition to the level of care and support she provides to her customers, she is not your average Joe behind the desk. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is talking about. When other shops say it can’t be done, Milena finds a way.

    I had an earlyAM appointment scheduled at the Hunt Valley Jaguar/Land Rover facility for my RRSport. The plan was to put the car in, sit/wait and do some work while it was being reviewed. The Service Advisor, MB, acknowledged that the car was scheduled to sit and be done later in the day. I understood but noted that when I called, I certainly did plan/tell the Appt/Schedule person that I would sit/wait. MB, Service Advisor, juggled some things around, did what she could, and managed to get me in/out within a reasonable timeframe. I very much appreciate her efforts and have nothing but good things to comment on at this time regarding the Hunt Valley Jaguar/Land Rover dealership as well as the AutoNation representatives associated with that location.   • Disappointment

    My experience is bad and a deceptive one. I asked for financing to service my car because of my financial situation just for this month. I was sent a link which approved $1,000 credit which Justin Woods knows well won’t get approved. As soon as I accepted the offer, he called Uber to take me home without allowing me to confirm the credit facility. I ended up paying $720.00 meant for my kids and other issues for this season. I can’t do or buy anything for my kids as I write. I will never forget my experience with you and your company. You messed up my end of year program with my family.

    Took my Defender 130 in for 20,000 mile service. Needed oil change, a few recalls fixed and my 2nd remote needed to be programmed ( when I bought my truck the parts were not available). Really easy, great communication all day about how it was progressing. Able to pay online so when I picked up, was very fast. Couldn't have been easier! Thank u

    I had a great experience with the entire staff I dealt with in the purchase of my new Discovery Sport. Everyone from the service department, to the salesman and manager was professional, yet easy to discuss the purchase with. My salesman even came to my house on his day off to help sync my stubborn garage door openers to the car! AutoNation certainly has a staff that there to help the customer in the easiest way even enjoyable way. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

  • air conditioning check/repair

    My AC went out suddenly while driving and I was close to the dealer so brought it to them to assess. While they charge an obiligatory 'diagnostic fee', they were very honest. After the initial assessment, the service rep called to tell me that the technician thought the air compressor had done bad and a part needed to be replaced at a very high repair cost. I told him I would think about my plans for this 8+ year old car and call him in the morning. He called me first thing to tell me that the technician looked at it again and the AC was working! He could have just gone ahead with the repair, but was honest about it! Koodoes to him! PS- I bought a new Land Rover this week!

  • Oil change time

    I scheduled a service appointment for an oil change 3days ahead for 1:45pm. I waited for about 3-4 hours before my car got serviced, which is ridiculous! On the bright side, my service advisor name Adrian thanked me for my patience and checked on me and kept apologizing. He had great customer service from beginning to end, which I really appreciated. If it wasn’t for him keeping it so professional and attentive to me, I would have took my vehicle else where. Thank you Adrian!!
