Keith Schopman is a great salesperson at Koons Ford Baltimore

I recently purchased a new Ford vehicle, a 2025 F-250 Super Duty Lariat, from Koons Ford Baltimore.
According to my father, who handled the purchase process, Mr. Keith Schopman, a Certified Licensed Sales Consultant at Koons Ford Baltimore,… is one of the salespeople with whom he's had the best car-buying experience in his life. Now retired, my father has purchased about ten cars in his lifetime.
Keith's interpersonal skills and communication skills make you want to buy from him. He knows how to put the buyer at ease, establishing a comfortable and trusting relationship. He has listened to our needs actively throughout, demonstrated his knowledge of the product. He uses a genuine, non-pushy approach to guide his customer toward a positive memorable car-buying experience.
I can attest to this, as I witnessed his exceptional competence when I came to Koons Ford Baltimore to make the payment and sign the purchase documents. He put us, as well as my younger brother, who was with me at Koons, at ease. He let him test drive the car, just as he did with my father. Keith is also an excellent problem-solver. During and after the purchase, Keith does his best to find a solution to every problem the buyer presents. With a great sense of empathy, he knows how to adapt to all situations.
Ms. Cheniqua Lee, internet relations managers at Koons Ford Baltimore, who remotely arranged the meeting between my father and Keith, is one of the very attentive persons that we came across with among the staff members of Koons. Their finance manager was also very respectful and friendly.
Overall, Koons Ford Baltimore offers a friendly environment.

Did NOT wow me

On my initial visit, we did the test drive and quotes for final prices. On second visit, the salesman I spoke to was not available, and he told me it… would take me 'few minutes'. I waited for 'one hour' and had to ask for another salesman. And the first salesman lied to us that we have '$2000' rebates for Labor Day, which it turned out only $1000. The financial manager was WORSE. She kept pushing me to buy extended warranty, in which I told multiple times, I am not interested. She tried to hoax me by lowering interest rates, but must buy the extended warranty. It took me a total of 6 hours to complete the paperwork, and I got too tired to celebrate for the purchase. They seemed nice and kind, but I was not happy with my overall experience buying my first car. I felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I was not an experienced buyer. So I told my brother to search for another car or dealer.above and beyond

I used my AAA car buying service, Koons of Baltimore contacted me with a very attractive price quote; sales rep by the name of Mark R. contacted me and the process went… well; he was very professional and great, no problems at all. Would highly recommend him if at Koons of Baltimore if you're interested in buying a vehicle.Almost if not FRAUD

Dealership does not believe internet quotes are fully binding, they will nail you with other charges, no matter what. Overall the deal at dealership took 4-6 hours for cash… transaction (just sit and wait). Push financing over and over again, then becomes a condition of "internet sale price quote". Just be sure you go in with a "FULL" list of what you expect.Dear Edmunds, This is exactly the kind of reviews we need more of. I could write the same thing for Antwerpen Dodge. Thanks for saving me the trip to see this car. There are plenty of dealerships that value repeat business.
