Dealership Sales Review
My brother and I were shopping for our first cars, and we both wanted to buy Ford Fiesta. On my initial visit, we did the test drive and quotes for final prices. On second visit, the salesman I spoke to was not available, and he told me it would take me 'few minutes'. I waited for 'one hour' and had to ask for another salesman. And the first salesman lied to us that we have '$2000' rebates for Labor Day, which it turned out only $1000. The financial manager was WORSE. She kept pushing me to buy extended warranty, in which I told multiple times, I am not interested. She tried to hoax me by lowering interest rates, but must buy the extended warranty. It took me a total of 6 hours to complete the paperwork, and I got too tired to celebrate for the purchase. They seemed nice and kind, but I was not happy with my overall experience buying my first car. I felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I was not an experienced buyer. So I told my brother to search for another car or dealer.
