I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 E350 from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Darrell Gough. From start to finish, he provided exceptional service, making the entire process smooth and professional. First and foremost, Mr. Gough was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing insightful recommendations and detailed information about each option. It was clear that he had a deep understanding of Mercedes Benz, which instilled confidence in my decision-making process. Throughout the entire transaction, Mr. Gough was consistently professional and transparent.     Choosing to purchase a vehicle from Mercedes of Annapolis was a great decisions because of the outstanding customer service. Mr. DerekN. is a true asset. Derek was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. He even worked hard to ensure that a wrong that was experienced with another dealership was corrected to the best of his ability to improve the customer's ownership experience. He really went above and beyond any of my expectations. The finance team of Tom and Dustin were also a joy to work with. I will definitely recommend Mercedes of Annapolis to all my family and friends. Thanks for making my purchasing experience a memorable one.

    I've had the pleasure of working with salesman, Casey D. twice in the last 5 months on a new ML350. Casey is very friendly and knowledgable, and if he doesn't have an answer to something, he has a willingness to find it! The finance manager, Tom S. has such a fun, easy going personality, and believes in getting you in and out the door in the least amount of time. Drew, the sales manager is a winner in my book! He did some special things for me because of my unique situation, and has a great deal of patience. This dealership does not haggle you on prices, but makes you feel like they want to earn your business. Even the receptionist has a warm welcoming smile when you enter the door. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership. They have a great team!

    I had experienced a "Check Engine' light.I usually drive to the dealer from whom I purchased the car, HBL in Tysons Corner but this was potentially serious. MB of Annapolis was great. The Receptionist who took my call was courteous and very helpful. Kevin Smith, my advisor, did a great job of getting the car checked, getting a part in and ensuring an expeditious repair of the issue. I could not be more pleased. I think I have a new service center from this point forward. No more long rides to Tysons.

    My purchase experience was what one would hope for when making such an important decision. As an out-of-state buyer, the responses were prompt and thorough by phone and email. I worked with Doug Bouslog, who personally drove the car to me while visiting friends over a weekend in MD so that I may test drive the vehicle and ask questions. He also oversaw the smooth transition of car registration, title work, etc. for my out-of-state purchase. I never felt pressured or hurried, but rather well informed throughout the buying process. I would definitely work with this dealer again. Great experience.

  • Highest level of Customer Care I have ever experienced

    Dealership has experienced a transformation and is now, in my opinion, the best automobile dealership I have ever had the pleasure of interfacing with. NewGeneral Manager and staff has made all the difference. Integrity, high personal character and obvious element of "fairness" was evident from the moment I walked through the door. Incentive program for trade-in's brought me "through the door" and transaction appeared fair and transparent. My desire to order new ML350 with desired options was seemless and expedient. After sale follow-up has been wonderful.

    I took my sl 550 to them with full tank picked up 10 days later,realized fuel tank was completly empty,warning light on,checked the mileage,realized some one drove my car 244 miles.They were first in denial but then after better business bureau investigation they admitted but then come out with excuse that they obtain my permission to do that.these people have no shame appearantly.
    • Upon top management learning about this incident on 6/4/12 through the customer’s posting on this site, we began a complete investigation. It appears that a rogue employee, now former employee, acted outside of the scope of his employment. Immediately upon concluding our investigation, which was within 48 hours of learning about this matter, we began attempting to contact the customer and we were able to speak the next day. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis sincerely apologized to the owner of the car and we accept full responsibility for the matter and how it was initially handled. While we are not aware of anything like this having happened before, we have taken significant steps to insure that it cannot happen in the future.

    All the staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. They seemed truly interested in my husband and I personally. Al Zayas and the team we worked with led us to a satisfied purchase of a preowned Mercedes. They seemed very knowledgeable about the product they were selling us and went over all the details of the vehicle. We were very impressed and hope to be return customers even though they are in a different state. Thanks Al and Mercedes of Annapolis for a fine experience.

    Love this place!!!! Excellent customer service and great prices. I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5SL from this dealership at a very unbeatable price. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and approachable. Chuck is a great salesman. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, but he helped to redefine the stereotype. Dustin is an Awesome finance manager,very polite, professional and above all very fast service.

  • Great Experience Buying 2013 Ml350 Bluetec

    Just picked up our special order 2013 ML350 Bluetec three weeks early from Dean C. Excellent from sales price to new car delivery. MB Annapolis did better than any of the dealers in the immediate Washington DC area. The Annapolis sales team from the managers on down went the extra mile to make this a positive experience -- from a courtesy weekend extended test drive to complimentary crab cakes! We highly recommend this dealership!

  • Sold the wrong car

    I was looking for a luxury model, was told I bought a luxury model but a couple days later found out it was a sport model. Dealer would not take back the car. Also was overcharged $600 on title fee and tax. Six weeks later I still don't have the refund. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
    • Subsequent to this posting the Dealer Manager and I worked an amicable agreement. Still a less than satisfactory initial buying experience, but he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and apologetic. Go directly to him if you want to buy a car here.

    • The customer selected this vehicle on our lot which was advertised and disclosed as a “Sport” model. However, the prior owner had changed some of the trim on to make it look like a “Luxury” model. We addressed the customer’s concerns and the customer has promised to update his review to say he was satisfied with how the matter was resolved.
