Don’t do it!
by Holly on 10/26/2024Four months later after telling me, I had to register my new cars which yes I bought two in Texas. They screwed up the registration, then come to find out. I could’ve actually had them registered here and been done with it however, I was… never informed that I was told that I had to Redo my paperwork with my old address on it because of tax credit was never told what they actually were trying to do. On top of the sensors didn’t work. The windshield had a huge crack that went across the passenger side. There was a recall that was there when I bought the car they never checked. They didn’t clean the car I had to take it in for service which they fought me on and nobody seems to have the same information so you talk to one person and they’ll tell you something or they’ll say I don’t know , talk to somebody else and they give you different story so we’ve had to start every conversation every text every situation now four months later now they’re lying saying they were going to do what they said they were gonna do calling me a liar and saying that according to the GM in the video I have I didn’t Respond or his story is that they want an extra $1650 to register the cars in Louisiana, which is where they should be because this is where I live and I moved from Texas. I now have my Louisiana license but according to the tax office, they could’ve done the registration . They just chose not to and they chose not to disclose that needed to be done. I’ve asked my lender from the trade-in did not match the payoff amount that was on my contract. Still it was over. No payment has been given to me four months. I’ve had to temporary two vehicles bought from them because they haven’t done what they said they were gonna do and when they finally ordered some parts Already mirrors something messed up with the wiring harness that was messed up still and they filed all of that against my extended warranty and then $100 for the deductible. These were issues that are not part of my contract with the warranty company but again I have all of my documentation and unfortunately what should’ve been one of the greatest days , one of the blessings has turned into an extreme nightmare that they have chosen to do also knowing that I had major surgery one month after about two months eight weeks and I still don’t have a windshield and I have to pull all of my phone records to show the GM did not call me over and over and over Also proof that we went in on Saturday he was out of town. I was told by Receptionist that they were not taking payments. There was no paperwork and they weren’t sure what was ordered for my car after four months of people lying to me. I want proof that they’re doing or going to do what they say they’re going to do and for some reason this Dealership Seems to get away with no accountability and that’s unfortunate. I’m hoping this review and sharing this information with this many people will help others to never have to go through this horrific experience. They sold my car that I traded in not even a week after and I still have two cars no registration and we’re being pulled over because we still have temporary tags , so unfortunately now I have to go legal routes just to get this resolved and none of this is acceptable again this was supposed to be a blessing. I wish I never would’ve gone there four months ago.They changed car price after papers were signed!

They took my $6600 down payment and made me wait for 2 whole weeks for the used car to be ready for sale, telling me several times it was going to be ready the next day. THEN, after 2 weeks they finally tell… me to pick it up and Herbert in Finance asks me to sign the papers AGAIN with a new price that was higher and out of my budget!!! He said they made a mistake by using rebates they were not supposed to! WHAT? After taking my money, signing all the papers and making me wait 2 weeks for service to be performed? I got a refund and walked out. I am contacting their Corporate office AND Better Business Bureau because their practices are beyond unprofessional. To top it off General manager JOHN OLIVER was terribly rude to me during the 2 week wait, while I was asking for an update. I have never been treated that way as a customer talking to a business manager. I felt like I was put on trial for asking when the car would be ready for pickup. His tone was very rude, he kept cutting my sentences, telling me I had no reason to complain and even asked how I got his name..!? I mentioned that I did not appreciate the tone I was being addressed with, and he did NOT "dial it down". I felt I was being profiled for being a young woman and perhaps not looking wealthy enough. The salesmen Corey Walsh/Brooks Lugo were very nice and so were Technician Lee and receptionist Laura. But I cannot recommend or go back to a business who obviously treat customers like me with ZERO respect and beyond unprofessional. Also they will hear from me about the whole incident that is completely unacceptable.Oil change in 35 minutes

by Jane on 08/23/2017updated 09/07/2017they made me wait 3 hours just to tell me that the light bulb wasn't under the warranty so I'll have to pay for it, and the other problem that I have they just said they can't find the reason for it... so I wasted 3 hours sitting waiting… for nothing. I hope they improve their service2016 Kia Soul

I had a bad experience with another dealership (who has now lost my business) & this facility answered all of my questions and helped get me back into my working vehicle… quickly. Mr. Alvin gave me a lift to work in the shuttle vehicle and he was also a pleasure. I highly recommend dealing with Michelle, Ray, & Jason.Great Service!!

He told me to bring my car in for them to check it to make sure it was the battery and not something else. They replaced the battery (no charge) in a little… over an hour and I was off to work again! They were very nice to deal with and I appreciate their quick service in helping me!Sales Experience

I didn't get a runaround and the salesman set up my bluetooth for me. It was a great… experience. The service was excellent, we couldn't go anywhere else and get the service we got at Premier. I love my car! Thank you Premier Kia.bad experience
by ral3 on 02/22/2008I know doing business with premier kia of kenner left a very bad taste.after being friendly while buying the vehicle.when it came time for me to pick up my registration and plate.these people at premier kia of kenner accused me of owing… them 1500.00.which i did not owe them.but after sitting in the f&l office they found out i didnt.after calling the salesman who sold me the car. the saleman told the f&l officer i paid already.the f&l officer ask the salesman was he sure. the salesman replied yes.so by then i was givin my registration&plate.great deal

by Grossey on 03/17/2014updated 06/02/2025Bought a brand new Sorrento from dealership. You would think that the goal of a dealership would be to sell new vehicles with no problems. Our new vehicle had a problem with the windshield wiper switch. You would think that a new vehicle… would get priority just for the simple reason customers don't expect problems with new vehicles. Needless to say I got the run around with service and the Manager was [non-permissible content removed]. Took the vehicle to another dealer in Baton Rouge to get the problem fixed.
