    I have been going here to have my vehicle serviced for over a year and have never had a bad experience. However, this time was not ideal. I made an appointment to get a new tire because I got a flat and was driving on a spare. I took time off work to go to the appt. Then when I got there I was told "looks like you need a new tire, but we don't have them instock." Which is frustrating to start off. Then I was told I would get a call once it came in, estimating 1-2 days to be delivered. I didn't get a call, I called at the end of day 3. The tire was in, I was able to get the new tire. Then, when I got home I realized they didn't put the valve cap back on. This may have just been bad timing, because all of my other experiences here have been positive. If this was my first time, I would have found them unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them to service my vehicle.

    I was in and out within an hour. I was met immediately when I drove up, the person there took my information and verified it in the computer and my vehicle was on its way.

    Customer friendly atmosphere. Service rep kept me informed. Lounge area was very clean and well attended. Customer relations representative checked on us often while we were waiting.

    I brought my GMC Sierra in for routine oil change & tire rotation which was included with the purchase of my new truck. I was pleased with how attentive the staff was to my questions/concerns

    Everything was fine and was taken care of really well with rental car. the total Price of the repair did seem to be a bit high.

    All was well and in a timely fashion. At present, I am still satisfied with my purchase. I checked on future maintenance charges and they seem within limit.

    Not all my problems were solved but it not lack of trying but a software problem. Everyone know how computer can act up even when you think it solve. I can attest to this with my computer but the Service personnel are friend and always treat with me with respect. I have receive a loaner so I just do not have to wait when it more time than they figure it would take. Thanks service department. Sincerely Gary Kaplan

    Because of my work schedule, I was unable to set an appt. However, the service technician went above and beyond the call of duty by working through his lunch break in order to get my car serviced quickly. I was extremely grateful for his kindness.

    I brought my 2007 CTS in for regular 100,000 mile maintenance work. Approximate time and cost was given by the Asst. Service Manager. He kept in touch with me about the maintenance schedule and also used the coupons that I brought. Ross Downing Cadillac service department did a great job on my car. Just a plastic bag over the seat and a cardboard floor mat means they care about the little things too. I've bought 2 vehicles from Ross Downing and will be back for another. Thanks guys.
