Great Service from Ross Downing Cadillac

I brought my 2007 CTS in for regular 100,000 mile maintenance work. Approximate time and cost was given by the Asst. Service Manager. He kept in touch with me about the maintenance schedule and also used the coupons that I brought. Ross Downing Cadillac service department did a great job on my car. Just a plastic bag over the seat and a cardboard floor mat means they care about the little things too. I've bought 2 vehicles from Ross Downing and will be back for another. Thanks guys.
