Dealership Service Review
I have been going here to have my vehicle serviced for over a year and have never had a bad experience. However, this time was not ideal. I made an appointment to get a new tire because I got a flat and was driving on a spare. I took time off work to go to the appt. Then when I got there I was told "looks like you need a new tire, but we don't have them instock." Which is frustrating to start off. Then I was told I would get a call once it came in, estimating 1-2 days to be delivered. I didn't get a call, I called at the end of day 3. The tire was in, I was able to get the new tire. Then, when I got home I realized they didn't put the valve cap back on. This may have just been bad timing, because all of my other experiences here have been positive. If this was my first time, I would have found them unprofessional and I wouldn't trust them to service my vehicle.
