    Good sales staff, never felt the sales pressure. Daniel was truely helpful through the entire process and made it as easy on me as he could. When I needed a second key from the original owner, he was persisent in running it down. When I requested a few cosmetic remedies after the sale, he made good on his promise. I would defenately come back should I need another car in the future.

    Have to say had the best expierence at Honda of Covington due laregly to the help of Daniel g. He went above an beyond what I had expected from him. Would def do business again here in the future as long as he's working their!!!

    I visited Honda of Covington numerous times over a period of several months, not knowing what I really wanted at the time. Daniel G. was my sales associate every time and never pressured me into something I didnt want. He listened to my specific needs and went out of his way to help find the perfect car for me. He called me when he found what he thought I may like and for a price that fit my budget. I am happy to say that I am extremely satisified with my purchase and recommend Honda of Covington and Daniel G. to everyone I know!

    I recently bought a 2014 Honda CRV with the assistance of salesmen Charlie M. and Ben M. I must say that the whole experience was easy and quite pleasant. Charlie was polite and respectful of my comments which is not always the case with an older female. The negotiation process even went smoothly. Ben completed the deal by helping me get acquainted with my new technology package. He was thorough and patient and incredibly nice. I would highly recommend either of these brothers to anyone who would like to purchase a new Honda or a preowned vehicle. I think you will leave feeling that you got the best price and quality service.

    looking at the reviews was unsure of giving business. process actually was very quick and painless. they had the best pricing out of the five dealers we searched and had the vehicle cleaned and ready before we even set foot on the lot! Exellent service would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and easy deal.

    After checking all the Honda dealerships in the greater New Orleans area I met David K. at Honda of Covington. David was able to get me $2K more for my trade-in and undercut all other dealers on my final price for my 2014 Ridgeline. David delivered everything promised and made several follow-up calls to ensure I was satisfied. I'm exceptionally pleased with my new vehicle and will be calling upon David next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

    Requested price quote via Edmunds on two occasions. Received a telephone call after second inquiry from a sales rep offering a price "below dealer invoice". That price was $1000.00 more than internet offer from another local Honda dealer a week earlier. The other dealer did not have the SUV I wanted in stock at the time. Covington did have the vehicle available. I was at the other dealer at the time Covington called me with their "below invoice" offer. I purchased from the other dealer with a cash deal and trade that took less than one hour to complete. I got a fair deal that I am comfortable with. After my research on Edmunds for the new car and my trade-in value, I was prepared for the transaction. Three years ago I purchased a new Honda from Covington via an internet transaction. It was best price offered on internet at the time. I had a poor experience at Honda of Covington with finance staff offering financing and extended warranty even though I had already arranged it with my bank. That situation left me with a very poor impression. I fully expected a reasonable quote from them. I am continually amazed at how sales folks continually impugn the customers ability to discern a reasonable price. We have Edmunds and other internet resources to conduct research to prepare us for the characters encountered in the auto sales business. Keep it up Edmunds!

    I had researched the Honda Accord for several months before deciding to trade in my car. When I got to the dealership I was introduced to Cole H., who found the exact vehicle I described to him on the first shot. Cole is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle. During and after the test drive, Cole thoroughly described each feature of Accord, including the safety features under the hood. He guided me through all phases of the purchasing process from appraising my trade-in to the final detailing of my new car. After the close of the deal, Cole took the time to thoroughly familiarize me with the Honda Accord and all its bells and whistles. He helped me select appropriate vehicle settings; set up my hands-free phone functions; walked me through the features of the audio system; and ensured that I was comfortable with all aspects of the brand new Honda Accord EX-L Sedan I purchased before I left the lot. It was a pleasure to do business with Cole. His knowledge and personal attention made this an overall great experience. I have had my car for a few weeks and Cole has contacted me several times to follow up and check on my Honda driving experience -even after the deal. That is a rarity! Thanks Cole!

    Don't bother with this Dealership. Bait and Switch Operation !!!! They gave me an "Out the Door" Internet quote and would not honor it when i got there. They even had the email record of the quote on their computer! I even called the internet salesperson (Colin) before i went there to confirm the price quote. He even agreed to reduce the price another $100. Then when i arrived he was conveniently not there and according to the other staff they couldn't get in touch with him either. What a bunch of crock. Of course the dealership wanted to put all the blame on the salesman that wasn't there ! These people give car dealerships a BAD rep. Bought my car from another dealership in Hattiesburg ;)

    Salesman was very friendly and not overbearing. However, the sales manager started with 'I can get 3% more for this vehicle than the edmunds price. I have purchased 8 vehicles using edmunds and the internet price has always been honored. i just got up and left and purchased the vehicle somewhere else.

    I went in the buy a new car. I got talked into buying a "new" car that someone had purchased and traded in after a month. The pressure was high for me to buy the used car - - "It was a great deal". I feel like an idiot that I gave in to the pressure. After I purchased the car the salesman said "yes! I wanted to be the one to sell this car. What should have been a good experience turned out to be horrible. I feel stupid for buying the car from them. For all of you single females out there don't go to Honda of Covington!

    I have bought 3 cars from Daniel G. at Honda of Covington. Wonderful salesman. Daniel goes out of his way to help. Also, Tommy B. assisted Daniel with my last car and he was wonderful also.

    David K. made the whole affair a breeze for me to purchase a 2013 Honda CR-V. In addition, he worked a courtesy sale on my trade-in so that my friend could purchase it with ease. When I returned 11 months later, he actually remembered me. That makes you feel like a valued customer. I have not had a lick of trouble in my first year. Thank you David K. and Honda of Covington.

    I contacted Charlie M. at Honda of Covington. He checked his inventory to see if they had the car I wanted and promptly called me back. I went over to test drive the CR-V and we then negotiated a fair price for the car. The paperwork and entire process went like a dream. I think it all depends on the salesperson you get.

    I just bought a new Honda Pilot and had a great experience! You hear so many horror stories about car dealerships and salesmen. I worked with Tommy B. and was well taken care of. They were more than willing to work with us and got to a price we were able to manage. The finance guy Brad was very laid back and didn't make us feel like we were being forced to buy any of the add on's. The car was cleaned, fueled up and Tommy even helped us get all the technology on it set up. I would highly recommend buying your vehichle from this dealership.

    I crossed Lake Pontchartrain to Honda of Covington and leased a 2013 Accord. I have some issues. I spoke with a sales manager; he said that he would get back to me, but he never did. I wanted a car that was listed in their inventory on their web site. But it had to be delivered to the dealership. We paid extra, a few hundred dollars I understand, to get the car delivered to the dealership. The other thing is this. I asked the salesman if there would be any additional charges, and we were told no, but when we went to sign, there was a charge of $43.75 added to the first month’s payment. And another thing, the salesman led us to understand that they would pay the last month’s payment on our old lease. But it turned out that I still owed Honda Financial Services for the last month’s payment. That means I had to pay for two cars at the same time; we were mislead. Maybe I’ve got a lot to learn about leases, even though this is the 3rd consecutive time we’ve lease a Honda Accord, but according to Honda Financial we paid the list price of $24,980 for this car. What happened to loyalty discounts? That price was never stated anywhere in the purchase agreement or the lease agreement. It’s just smoke and mirrors. This dealership is no different from the days when they charged unsuspecting buyers with nonsense like dealer prep, undercoating and those types of deceptions. But I signed the paperwork, though never again. I tried to contact the dealer about these issues, but no one would return my calls. I wrote a letter to the sales manager, sent emails and never receive any response… No follow ups, nor any correspondence whatsoever.

    My family has purchased 2 vehicles from Honda of Covington in the last 2 yrs. It was a very easy process due to the help we received from our salesman, Jerry M. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable, but he also went above and beyond our expectations in helping us through the entire purchase process. Even better, Jerry has been tremendously responsive after the purchase whenever we have a question. Made the process of buying vehicles easy!
