Great experience buying my 2025 sprinter from Bennie. I pride myself on providing great customer service to my clients, so I hold sales people to a very high standard. Bennie was absolutely outstanding to work with. Always answering my… texts and calls. I flew into Cincinnati to pick up the van and he had his colleague Madi pick me up. Again, just a great experience buying an outstanding sprinter van. Don't hesitate to buy from Bennie!

Plus this was a internet deal which I had never done before so was… somewhat hesitant to engage in it. But Bennie was extremely helpful answering all my questions, arranging payment and setting up delivery transport that the deal was a total pleasure. great person and easy process

Dan has always been very responsive he has helped us find what we needed and help order the special vehicles when what we wanted was not currently… available. We drive from Dayton ohio to deal with Dan and Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell passing serval other MB dealerships because of this outstanding service. We even use them for all of our maintenance needs as their service department is top notch. they have been honest and upfront with us about the services we needed as well as one time said you are still not due for service yet so we do not want to take your money and perform service that is not due yet. We have referred other and they have expressed very similar experiences working with "Sprinter Dan" and some are making the drive from PA and MD. I live in Oregon and was looking for a Sprinter van to convert to a mobile grooming van with Hanvey in South Carolina. I called and emailed… endless dealerships looking for a van that would work for this conversion. Instead of just telling me, we have none like the other dealerships, he said I don't have the one you asked about, but I do have another that just might work. This model was bigger than the models that Hanvey Engineering had specs to build, so they told me no it won't work. It was upsetting because had been looking for months. Dan Tilley became my advocate and contacted Hanvey to come up with a plan of how they could make this model work. Because of him advocating for me, Hanvey decided to add this model of Sprinter to the models they now will convert to grooming vans! He turned their no into a yes! Now that is AMAZING customer service! The sales experience was as if I was buying from a dear friend. The absolute best!Great Dealership

Dan Tilley "Sprinter Dan" has answered all our questions and been super helpful throughout the whole buying process. They drove an hour to pick the van up and drop it off… 2X to have extra's put on it, free of charge!! You can't find that kind of service anywhere now-a-days. 10/10 would recommend this dealership, and if you are in the market for a sprinter van, Dan Tilley is your man!Best place to buy a Sprinter van

Sprinter vans are in crazy high demand now, especially if you want one by a particular date (in our case yearend). Dan was able to locate a van in Texas and bring it… to Northern Kentucky so we could complete the transaction on 1/31. He had all the paperwork completed making the sale process seamless. Fernando was very responsive to text messages, he is extremely knowledgeable about all things AMG, was very… transparent with me, and we were able to work everything out on the phone. I live in Missouri and they are based out of Kentucky, I was looking for a very specific vehicle and MBFM had it. They had my vehicle shipped and arranged for my trade-in to be picked up. I cannot say how well this whole process has been handled. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Fernando and the guys at MBFM. Truly excellent 5 star service. We first want to say "this dealership truly knows how to deliver a vehicle to their customers and make… it an AMAZING EXPERIENCE". This is our second Mercedes purchase but the first at this dealership. We bought this car to celebrate my wife's retirement of 42 years. Don & Fernando had the vehicle all polished & shined up under a red sparkly cover with a big red ribbon in the show room to unveil for my wife and they took pictures of the unveiling experience. She was so EXCITED but my wife and I were also excited to see how truly excited Don & Fernando and other dealership people that gathered around the vehicle were to see my wife's reaction to seeing her new Mercedes for the first time. We live in Wisconsin and drove over 445 miles to Fort Mitchell, Kentucky to pick up the vehicle - it was well worth the drive on so many levels. This dealership is by far second to none - we were shocked when we pulled into the lot and saw the size of this dealership, and the HUGE inventory of vehicles they have and how beautiful the dealership is inside & outside. Don, thank you so much for putting us into Fernando's hands to handle the sale of our new Mercedes. He was a truly a pleasure to deal with both as the deal was being put together and when we came down to pick up the car - he was so professional, friendly, detailed and the same as you his goal was to make this the best buying best experience he could provide for us. He had everything ready for us when we got there and we were greeted at the door by him. He gave us his cell number to call anytime we have questions and or need his help for anything. We were also very impressed with Noah Smith and his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Mercedes AMG products. We could tell he loves working for this dealership, loves his job and is proud to represent this dealership and the Mercedes AMG products. He took all the time we needed to explain in detail how to properly use the features on the vehicle and gave us his cell number to call if we had any questions "day or night". We did have questions for him and he promptly returned the call and answered all of our questions. We also want to comment on the customer lounge with beverages, pastries and even nail technicians for the ladies, and their Mercedes store where my wife did some shopping for Mercedes apparel while we were there. We just wish we lived closed to this dealership to take advantage of all they have to offer. Don told my wife buying a new Mercedes should always be an "AMAZING EXPERIENCE" - and Don and Fernando delivered that experience to us before and after the sale. This was by far the best buying experience for a new vehicle we have ever had and we will definitely be back to buy future Mercedes Benz vehicles from Don & Fernando in Fort Mitchell. We've told many people about this dealership and our excellent experience - I'm sure they will see more business from our friends & family in Wisconsin and the Chicago area as a result of our purchase. The Mercedes Dealership in Fort Mitchell could really teach our Mercedes dealerships in WI and Chicago how to really provide customer service & satisfaction when purchasing a Mercedes Benz.
