Dan Tilley at Mercedes Fort Mitchel is the absolute best! The customer service was above and beyond. I live in Oregon and was looking for a Sprinter van to convert to a mobile grooming van with Hanvey in South Carolina. I called and emailed endless dealerships looking for a van that would work for this conversion. Instead of just telling me, we have none like the other dealerships, he said I don't have the one you asked about, but I do have another that just might work. This model was bigger than the models that Hanvey Engineering had specs to build, so they told me no it won't work. It was upsetting because had been looking for months. Dan Tilley became my advocate and contacted Hanvey to come up with a plan of how they could make this model work. Because of him advocating for me, Hanvey decided to add this model of Sprinter to the models they now will convert to grooming vans! He turned their no into a yes! Now that is AMAZING customer service! The sales experience was as if I was buying from a dear friend. The absolute best!
