over the last year and a half we have worked with "Sprinter Dan" to buy 4 different vehicles. Dan has always been very responsive he has helped us find what we needed and help order the special vehicles when what we wanted was not currently available. We drive from Dayton ohio to deal with Dan and Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell passing serval other MB dealerships because of this outstanding service. We even use them for all of our maintenance needs as their service department is top notch. they have been honest and upfront with us about the services we needed as well as one time said you are still not due for service yet so we do not want to take your money and perform service that is not due yet. We have referred other and they have expressed very similar experiences working with "Sprinter Dan" and some are making the drive from PA and MD. I highly recommend working with this dealership
