    Purchased a 2016 Ford Hatchback from Parker Ford. Service was great and the staff was very helpful. Will definitely recommend Parker Ford and will trade with them again.

    I own a Ford Focus and had serviced in Virginia. They did poor job.My car broke down in Murray Kentucky and Parker Ford bent over backwards to help me get the other dealership correct their mistake. Ronnie and Scott in the service department did all they could for me. The work they completed was at their expense. Any buying or service of a car should be done at Parker Ford. They are the best.

    Buying our last car from Parker Ford (2009 Escape) was exceptional and buying this one (2012 Edge Limited) was no different. David Parker and his team went out of their way to find the perfect SUV for my wife and our growing family.

    I have had an Expedition that I purchased from Paeker Ford 10 years ago. I had been driving by the lot looking at the new F150s for the last year. My husband and I decided we might begin the search for a new truck and drove a '15. Fell in love but Parker Ford didn't have the exact color I was looking for. On Christmas Eve, after lunch with my family, my son encouraged me to get outside since the weather was so pretty. Parked in the driveway was the exact color F150 I had been looking for. David Parker had gone all the way to GA to pick up the truck he and my husband knew I was looking for. That's over and above the call. Parker Ford is simply the best. They are great Christian people that we trust completely. Couldn't ask for more.

    We retired here in the Murray area after 30 years in the Marine Corps. We have no family in the area. It is just us with our special needs son. Parker Ford makes us feel like family. Service on our Escape has always been awesome. Scott has always taken care of us and Mr. Parker and everyone else is just the greatest.

    The service department told bring in my car late in afternoon. Had appointments in afternoon so dropped off my car early morning ,they gave me a loner and I was on my way . Parker Ford call me around 3:pm my car was done. I'M glade to be a Ford Person and I get The best service any where.

    We bought a white 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and helpful. We love our "new" vehicle even though a deer ran into it later that night!     My initial issue was handled quickly and professionally. Upon driving home the transmission to my truck experienced 3 episodes of shifting in and out of gear. I returned to the find that a code was generated related to a shift solenoid, but this could not be reproduced over a period of the next several days at your shop. I do not fault the shop for this issue but mention it as I am concerned about my 2015 truck with only 2000+- miles experiencing shifting problems and a bad catalytic converter after only a couple of months of ownership.

    Parker Ford is awesome. The customer service is excellent. I will not buy a car from anyone except Tim Hilbrecht. He listens to everything you say and always gets you what you want. Never pushy or inpatient. Mr. Parker is very friendly and very appreciative of your business. Second best car buying experience ever. The first one was also with Parker Ford in 2013. Thank you again!!

    2003 Mercury Grand Marquis - Services was good - Staff was excellent. My one problem is that the AIR SUSPENSION warning light keeps coming on. It keeps looking for the old suspension and it is no longer there.

    I took my Ford Explorer in for routine oil change and maintenance. The air conditioning was not working in the QuickLane waiting room on this hot day. The staff made every effort to cool us, by offering the dealership waiting room, bringing in fans, etc. Unfortunately it was a very busy day in Quick Lane and we had an hour wait, which was unavoidable. The staff was careful to explain their routine policy of making sure vehicles were serviced in the order they arrived. I was glad I took the time to wait as my battery needed to be replaced. I sincerely trust their technicians and their recommendations.

    I feel very good about the 2012 Ford F-150 that I purchase. Ron W. made the shopping for a new-to-me vehicle experience enjoyable. No high pressure sales, no running back and forth to a manager on negotiation of a price, the trust to let me drive the vehicle home for a night, and then once committed to buy Ron had all the paper work ready to go when I came in.

    David Parker and staff always go out of their way to help and provide amazing customer service. Anytime there is a problem or issue, they are on it and do everything they can to make it right. I appreciate them and I have purchased two vehicles from them and have all my service done with them. They are wonderful!

    I was having trouble with my Ford Fusion not starting for me and I planned to take a trip to Nashville the next day. I called David Parker at 8pm in the evening and he came to my house with a loaner car and took my car into the garage. The problem ended up being a loose battery terminal and the job was repaired. I call that extraordinary service! Parker Ford is the Best!
