Dependable, Trustworthy Service

onI took my Ford Explorer in for routine oil change and maintenance. The air conditioning was not working in the QuickLane waiting room on this hot day. The staff made every effort to cool us, by offering the dealership waiting room, bringing in fans, etc. Unfortunately it was a very busy day in Quick Lane and we had an hour wait, which was unavoidable. The staff was careful to explain their routine policy of making sure vehicles were serviced in the order they arrived. I was glad I took the time to wait as my battery needed to be replaced. I sincerely trust their technicians and their recommendations.
