    I never felt pressured. I never felt like I had to hurry to make a decision. Jim was the prefect salesman for me.This was my second car buying purchase without my husband with me. Couldn't have gone better!

    Felt that the pricing was very competitively to begin with.     Excellent Deal on year end Subarus. Winfrey was excellent with her hands-off approach and allowed me to feel like there was no pressure during the sale. Trade in value on old car was acceptable and overall I felt good about the purchase!

    I was really impressed by the no-pressure atmosphere I encountered at the dealership. The paper work was all done electronically and the process took about an hour. Very fast and efficient.

    Working with Winfrey on the purchase was a pleasure. We were educated buyers and appreciated her transparency and honesty. We were much more comfortable making our purchase because the respect she gave us in all of our communications. We left with exactly what we wanted, for a price we were comfortable paying on terms that were agreeable to us. While we don't plan on purchasing another vehicle for 15+ years, we hope Winfrey is around when we do.

  • Run! They Sell Faulty Cars and Do Not Care!

    We were sold a faulty car needing thousands of dollars in repair 3 days after we purchased the vehicle. Quantrell claims no liability or responsibility in the matter. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on 11/18/17. On 11/21/17, the clutch went out on it. We have been advised by a very reliable auto mechanic (our next door neighbor), that the repairs will be a minimum of $2,000 to fix this car. Quantrell takes the position "it's not our responsibility". They are able to sell shoddy cars to unsuspecting customers, and they feel no sense of responsibility whatsoever to help these customers when it's discovered they are selling faulty cars. I have seen numerous complaints like mine about this dealership since I started posting my story. Do not Trust Them! Take your Business Elsewhere!! Go to CarMax! In one phone call, they advised all of their cars come with a 5 day money-back guarantee...no questions asked. Also, if anything goes out within 30 days, you simply return it and they will fix it. This is why the future of the car sales industry is going away from the Dealership!! Stay Away! They are not reputable and will not stand behind what they sell you.
    • You agreed that the vehicle was being purchased "as-is" at the time of purchase. There was no warranty implied or expressed on this vehicle.
