by Jane Doe on 01/14/2025I clicked the Edmund’s link to ask for more info about a car at this dealership last week, just before a snowstorm hit. That unleashed nonstop harassment. At least half a dozen different people have contacted me, from different phone… numbers and email addresses so there is no consistent trail of communication. The dealership is 1.5 hours away. They refuse to engage in any serious discussion until I’m on their lot. It is absolutely horrible to be harassed in this way because I simply wanted information about a piece of merchandise.I can't find you in our system at all. Please provide a name and phone number and we are happy to look into this situation.

Fast, friendly and fair
by mrich on 06/24/2019I budgeted most of a day to shop for my latest car at Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence. I ended up with so much extra time -- and so many good endorphins -- that I went on a 10-mile run and still had to wait around for dinner. Beginning to end,… it took about two and a half hours with test drive, trade-in, financing, cleaning the vehicle, cleaning out my old vehicle, and completing all of the required paperwork. I never waited, and my salesperson, Chad Jasper, planned the (otherwise unplanned) experience so well that there just wasn't downtime. Chad was a total pro in all phases of the encounter, from initial meeting, to showing vehicles that might fit my needs, to patiently explaining all of the features of my 2019 Passport. He even helped me clean out my old car, which was above and beyond. The entire team at Jeff Wyler Florence interacted with me at some point, congratulating me on my purchase, expressing what they liked about the Passport, explaining how much of an upgrade it would be over my previous vehicle. I felt like I was taking home a prized possession by the end, and that's a good feeling to have leaving a dealership. I don't think my experience could have been better or more painless.Maintenance with a couple of quirks
by HondaHappy on 05/01/2019My maintenance appt today turned out much better than I expected. I had trouble closing my sunroof last month and fully expected it to be expensive to correct. Actually my Service Manager came to have me come show them what I had… experienced and the sunroof was working perfectly! The Service Mgr also showed me how the latch for my 2nd row seating was not stuck as I had thought, I just needed to allow the latch to work in its own without me forcing it. Such a relief and NO extra costs! Regular maintenance was completed in a very short time and I was on my way. Very pleased!Service

We asked about many many cars and they never once got short or mad with us. They was really patient with us and we are… thrilled that they found a car for our daughter that she loves! Highly recommend Wyler Honda as they treated us great every time we visited or called. They made us feel right at home! Jeff O'Hara was great and so down to earth. He made a lot of great conversation with our daughters and made this such a wonderful experience they will never forget!Thank you so very much for sharing your experience. Waste of my time
by Timewasted on 03/19/2017Told my situation to sales person over the phone, was told they could do something on me trading for a new crv. Only to drive a hour and a half to be told otherwise. I left one star because you can't do zero....... I will be ready yo buy… another car soon but never from a wyler affiliate.We are sorry that we were unable to help you with your vehicle purchase. I worked with Brenda Williams both times and would highly recommend her. I know I will be a repeat customer when it's time… for a new car again!Arrogant and very Sketchy
by BillyTimmy on 09/05/2016Brandon from Wyler honda in Florence, KY was nice up until he came back and said, "This isn't the car for you". They expected MSRP as the first offer and severely underrated a 2014 CX-5 sport with Auto Trams. No extras on the trade.… Trade has less than 32,000 miles with a clean title. 2016 Honda Pilot EX FWD SUV H33391 5FNYF5H38GB050685 was the specific pilot we were interested in. MSRP is $33,680 and came back with $200 off as their initial offer and $12,500 for the trade. This is well below trade and I know they do this to work with you but Brandon obviously judged us and said that this wasn't the car for us. LOL!!! I know they don't care but it was hilarious that they judged us the same way that Kerry did down the road. We have purchased/traded 3 vehicles in the past 6 years and we still keep going back to Castrucci honda in Dayton and work with one particular sales associate b/c they actually help sell us a car instead of push us out the door like Brandon did at Wyler. Remember, they make vehicles every day and there is always another dealer who wants your business. It doesn't matter the drive as long as the dealership and sales associate provides excellent service.Pretty Bad attitude
by wow_lance on 05/12/2016I was car shopping online and was communicating with Dave from Jeff Wyler and he was very prompt in replying and was super good to us and gave us awesome price to buy the new car. When we arrived to test ride it, Dave was out of his shift… and we met with a different person who offered us to test ride the car, ONLY if we confirmed to buy the car from them, else he was like "I don't want to waste your time nor my time". Well without even doing a test ride who would even buy a car from you?? With this kind of attitude, no one should ever go here to buy a car. His attitude was like, he if you choose the Online pricing department, all your discussions are over and what your got is final price and you have to buy this car now, if you want to step in our dealership. Its my money and I'm spending it the way I want, not YOUR's to decide. You would never get my business.Poor leather repair should have replaced it
by kstonich on 08/05/2015I bought a 2014 GMC truck from Jeff Wyler in Florence. Salesman was good as we ordered a truck. After picking up the truck and having it for a couple of months I was showing it off to a friend at work, and he asked what's wrong with your… seat. There were two small slices in the leather passenger seat. I had never seen it when picking up the truck, Well I called the dealer and told them about it , as I had bought an interior protection package ( polysheild) I wasn't too worried about it. Well they decided that it was my fault, (the cuts which were on the passengers side about where your right side shoulder blade would rest against the seat) and would not replace the leather but polysheild would have it repaired good as new. Well I could have done a better job buying a leather repair kit from Wal-Mart. It looks horrible. I showed it to the salesman (Chad Anderson) whom said that does look bad I'll get ahold of the company and have it fixed. Well that was 6 months ago and nothing I've called Chad many times and left messages texted him and left messages but nothing. So Ive paid 700 for a special warranty to cover all of these items on my truck and I got screwed. My recommendations, is to never use Jeff Wyler, and to use a microscope when looking at your new vehicle because they don't and if it gets by you, youre stuck with the cost for repairs. Polysheild is a rip off. The quality of their work is extremely poor and they don't stand by their work.Untrustworthy
by abckids on 01/19/2015We recently received an Edmunds Price Promise guarantee from Jeff Wyler Honda Florence. Had several communications with the Sales Associate referencing the price, and he said the price would be good for 10 days. Drove down to hash out the… details regarding the trade in, and when the trade in came back a little lower than what I thought it was worth, I left. The Edmunds Price Promise was in writing during this time. The next day, we called to attempt to negotiate on the trade in, at which point, he told us that the Edmunds Price Promise that he put in writing 5 times in email and in the actual dealership was really a typo and they would not honor it. Found out from subsequent dealers we visited that this is not uncommon. Do not trust their price promise!!Great Sales Experience

The salesperson (Scott Brunner) got back to me in a timely manner with answers but did not push us to buy a car. He followed up a few days later and we scheduled an… appointment. I did not anticipate buying at the time but wanted to see options. The sales process was very low pressure and we felt very comfortable through the whole process. Scott also brought another associate in to help demonstrate some of the features of the vehicle which was very helpful. I would recommend this dealership, and Scott Brunner in particular, to anyone who asks.Love my new honda
by meigui1999 on 09/03/2010Thank you so much. Scott Brunner was awesome, he was not pushy and he listen to what we wanted. My husband and I are newly married, just bought a house last year and knew we were going to get a car next year b/c that is when we were going… to start trying for kids, well next year came early, my car gave out and they wanted $3900 to fix it and it was only worth $4000, so it would be ridiculous to get fix. We told Scott that I must have all wheel drive, 4 cylinder, space, heating/ac, and safe for kids plus a major a low interest rate. Scott showed us the Honda Crv's, which I love Honda Crvs. The Crv had everything I wanted and more. What was also awesome we got a 2.9% rate which is fantabulous!! However the sticker price was a little more than we expected. So Scott gave us his cell, said of course he understood we had to think about it, that if we have any additional questions to let him know. Well we went to dinner that night, and my husband and I discussed it, we discussed down payment and how to get the price down and later that night, we went back to Jeff Wyler Honda, and Scott was still there, and we got me my new 2010 Honda Crv in Urban metallic titanium, which is a gorgeous color. :) Thank you Scott for a great experience.ridiculous
by smartblnde on 05/11/2009I went to the dealership to look at their 'best internet deal.' Their best was more than this site stated would be appropriate for a vehicle in 'excellent' condition. The car was in great shape, but no car with excessive mileage and 4… years old is 'excellent.' Their internet price was $3000 more than many sites state as being an adequate amount. Next, they offered $8000 for my trade. Edmunds shows trade in as being more than $12000. So, they requested $8000 down on a 4year old vehicle with excessive mileage. Then it would only have been $599 a month thereafter. NOT a good experience. No explanation of why my vehicle was only 'worth' $8000 to them. Just "we can't work with you on this." I don't expect the economy has left the auto dealers all THAT desperate.... Seems quite the opposite.Jeff Wyler Honda
by cfweber on 03/01/2009I got my 1st Honda Civic at Jeff Wyler in 2005. Since then I worked hard and moved up. Now I got the car I worked so hard for. I love my 2009 SI! This is the American dream. My buddy who drives a supercharged GXP loves my… car. Plenty of power and looks dynamite inside and out. As this Marine vet put it- "You done good!" I can't wait until the break in period is over, just in time for Spring. This is probably the best looking car I ever owned. I owe it all to Bud Hornsby, who worked so hard to get the color I wanted (polished metal metallic). Here is a guy who drives Hondas. Bud used to own an "SI" so of course he is very knowledgeable. The overall experience was very positive. Friendly. Nice. Respectful. When I went to pick up the car there were no surprises. Everything went quick and easy. All the paperwork was done in no time.Just outstanding! I got this car below MSRP. I get a brand new car and even with my 7 year bumper to bumper warranty my payment is just about the same. Wow! I can't wait until the break in period is over, just in time for Spring. Thanks a lot Bud. And all the best to Jeff Wyler Honda. This is my neighborhood dealer. I will do business with you again. Pete Bambach was someone that I would tell anyone to go and see if they needed a new car, or even a used… car if that was something that you needed. After first getting to Jeff Wyler of Florence I was welcomed by this young man that wasn't pushy form the start. Any questions that I had, or if I just wanted to be alone to look at what was on the lot. When I did have a question the knowledge of the lineup that he knew was great. Never once did he have to go a find the answers out from somneone else. That was very important to me. So all I can say is thanks Pete for making this step into a new car some painless. Working the deal out over the Internet made the car-buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable. by marksma on 12/18/2008I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Andrew Myatt at Jeff Wyler Honda. I had been driving a van for 10 years and wasn't sure what type of vehicle I wanted. My husband and I visited numerous dealerships trying to decide on my… next vehicle. . When we got to Jeff Wyler Honda, I drove the Pilot, the CRV and the Odyssey. I still wasn't sure what I liked best. I think we visited Andrew 3 times before I decided on the Pilot. He made himself available to us and was always extremely courteous AND patient. I asked many questions (some stupid, I'm sure) and he was very knowledgeable about the cars--obviously taking the time to learn about each and every vehicle. I must say that of all the sales people we talked with at the various dealerships, Andrew knew the most about his vehicles. One thing that stood out to me about Andrew, besides being so knowledgeable, was the fact that he did not push one vehicle over the other and did not try to push me into buying. I visited one dealership where the salesman kept pushing me for an answer the first visit there--even though I told him I wanted to drive a number of different vehicles before I made my decision. We wanted to buy a very reliable nice car for our teenage son. We had a budget and John sold us… exactly what we needed. He showed us patience and made this car buying experience one of the best we have ever had. Thanks to him, my son is driving around safely and looking very cool. by luvmykidz on 12/05/2008I always buy or lease a Honda...you can't beat the price and the reliability. They always seem to have the right kind of car for me at the right stage in my life. I have leased a Civic for my college days, a CR-V for my graduate school… days, a Pilot for my "easy with one kid" days, and now an Odyssey for my "two kids" days. I have also bought two Honda Civics in the past. One was a two-door that I had paid off and then got into an accident (darn, wouldn't that figure). The other I bought right afterward (a black four-door with tinted windows) but had to sell due to gaining a company car. I have no complaints about any of these cars and would recommend them to anyone! I also like how I can walk right into the Jeff Wyler store in Florence and someone is always there to greet and help me. I can say the same for the service department. Everyone there is always pleasant to deal with. They always try their best to accomodate me. If you are looking to lease or buy a car, go see the salespeople at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence.
