Maintenance with a couple of quirks

onMy maintenance appt today turned out much better than I expected. I had trouble closing my sunroof last month and fully expected it to be expensive to correct. Actually my Service Manager came to have me come show them what I had experienced and the sunroof was working perfectly! The Service Mgr also showed me how the latch for my 2nd row seating was not stuck as I had thought, I just needed to allow the latch to work in its own without me forcing it. Such a relief and NO extra costs! Regular maintenance was completed in a very short time and I was on my way. Very pleased!
