    Excellent experience. The costumer service is awesome Adrian Tarango and Brygen were so helpful with everything and Adrian translated everything to my mom in Spanish so she could understand. So happy I got my car there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!!

    Greg and Jenna were amazing to work with! They made this car buying experience one of the best I have ever had. Enjoyed every minute at the dealership! I drove 2.5 hours from KC to buy my MDX hybrid. The phone communication throughout the week couldn't have gone any better. When I arrived at the dealership all the work that you would normally wait on was completed and paperwork was ready to sign. The vehicle was detailed and had a full tank of gas. I will definitely be back!!

    It was awesome! My current vehicle had died a horrible engine death and Greg Jones came to the rescue. He sold me on a Toyota RAV4 and it was in really good shape (the car I mean). (But to be fair, Greg also looks like he works the weights at the gym.) Greg was very instrumental in my decision to buy the RAV4. Answered all my questions, even the obscure ones: Is there a 2" receiver hitch available? What is the tongue weight? Where's the button for the gas cap? I will definitely look up Greg Jones when I trade up to my next car; probably an electric vehicle. I believe that I got a very reasonable deal on the RAV4 from Greg Jones at Walser Acura.

    James Johnson was fab, had our vehicle picked up from home, text sent soon as it arrived and a video + phone call to discuss work, all went great and our Vehicle arrived home 2hrs ahead of Schedule, its all about communication and James Johnson was 1st Class, thanks!

    My vehicle was shaking when I would drive on the highway. James Johnson and his team not only repaired my vehicle to like new running condition, but offered me a loaner vehicle and drove my car back to my home over an hour away. They even found and took my vehicle to a local specialist to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired. Their professionalism and service is impeccable. James and everyone at Walser are a pleasure to work with.

Upon completion of the repair I received a personalized video entailing what was fixed and how much life was left on brake pads and tires. Very informative and helpful!     James Johnson was my service rep at Mercedes Benz of Wichita. He was very helpful in the whole process. He kept me informed with what was wrong or needed to be done to my vehicle. A part took a few days to come in and James kept me up to date on that as well. I was able to have a loaner vehicle for the duration of my service. Also, the total cost was $700 less than anticipated so that ALWAYS a plus! Great work everyone! My next service will definitely be back at the Mercedes Benz of Wichita!

    I was in Buhler, Kansas, visiting my 101 year old father. I drove my GLC Mercedes from Westlake, Texas. I discovered from a display in the car that my battery was almost dead, so had to have it towed to Wichita, (60 miles). When calling the dealership I found that the first available appointment was Jan,19, over a week away. I needed to get back home, so drove with the tow truck driver and then went in to see James Johnson, the service advisor. I told him my story and he said, no problem, we are here to help, and I will have your car looked at while you wait. I was so relieved. Within an hour, they replaced the battery and I was on my way, with James taking my car through the car wash himself!! I loved the comfy lounge by the fireplace and could watch my car being serviced through the glass wall. (great feature). I am so glad I have a Mercedes, and am assured that I will get professional and caring service wherever I am. Thankyou to everyone at the Mercedes’ of Wichita dealership, especially James who gave me 10 star service.

    Just purchased my second BMW from Walser and couldn't be more pleased. Michelle was so knowledgeable, articulate and accommodating throughout the entire purchasing process. I was in and out in less than an hour and had such a positive overall experience. What I'm most impressed with is the service didn't just end when I walked out the door with my new car, but anytime I've had questions after the sale Michelle has been there to patiently answer each and every one.
