Great Service at Mercedes Benz of Wichita

James Johnson was my service rep at Mercedes Benz of Wichita. He was very helpful in the whole process. He kept me informed with what was wrong or needed to be done to my vehicle. A part took a few days to come in and James kept me up to date on that as well. I was able to have a loaner vehicle for the duration of my service. Also, the total cost was $700 less than anticipated so that ALWAYS a plus! Great work everyone! My next service will definitely be back at the Mercedes Benz of Wichita!
