Dealership Service Review
I was in Buhler, Kansas, visiting my 101 year old father. I drove my GLC Mercedes from Westlake, Texas. I discovered from a display in the car that my battery was almost dead, so had to have it towed to Wichita, (60 miles). When calling the dealership I found that the first available appointment was Jan,19, over a week away. I needed to get back home, so drove with the tow truck driver and then went in to see James Johnson, the service advisor. I told him my story and he said, no problem, we are here to help, and I will have your car looked at while you wait. I was so relieved. Within an hour, they replaced the battery and I was on my way, with James taking my car through the car wash himself!! I loved the comfy lounge by the fireplace and could watch my car being serviced through the glass wall. (great feature). I am so glad I have a Mercedes, and am assured that I will get professional and caring service wherever I am. Thankyou to everyone at the Mercedes’ of Wichita dealership, especially James who gave me 10 star service.
