Purchase of a new Kia Rio S Hatchback
Just recently purchased a new Kia at Edwards. Tim Tolliver was very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend others to purchase from Edwards as a result.
Outstanding Buying Experience
I am very happy with the service I received from John and Doug. John met me the first day to answer all my questions and took me for a test drive. He followed up promptly to see if he could answer any more questions. I went back a few days later to show the hubbs and let him drive the Seltos. Since John was out of town, he kindly made arrangements for Doug to meet with us and finalize the deal. Doug was equally helpful and no pressure was given. They were extremely busy, but he made sure to check in with us while we waited. I am very satisfied and happy with my new Seltos!
We had a great experience at Kia as they went above and beyond to get us a fantastic deal. They were able to beat the prices and service of our previous dealer. Dave was our salesman and he made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend them!
At the time we were looking for a Kia Soul. We were originally promised a Kia Soul. Then was talked into getting a Kia Rio. We both like the Kia Rio for now. Sales people were friendly. There was miscommunications regarding the finance part of our deal which took longer than expected waiting time.
Proud Owner of a New Kia Sportage
Would like to thank the Edwards team, especially Zach White, for their customer service. Buying a brand new car can be a little stressful, however everyone was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough.
I want all to know that the representation at this establishment is capricious at best (i.e., Kyle-manager and Dave Stahr- sales rep.). My 75-year-old grandmother put down a deposit for a lease agreement and zealously waited three months for her new Kia Telluride. Today, August 17, 2019, my grandmother was apprised of her NEW lease agreement. She was NOT broached of her new lease agreement for three months. In addition, there was NO e-mail, letter, or phone call. Is this a best practice? Edwards Kia, Council Bluffs, Iowa increased her monthly payments by $200 and there was no room for negotiating. My grandmother was given an ultimatum. In other words, she could capitulate or leave without the vehicle she was promised-as per her original contract. Is this a best practice? In summary, this particular dealership comprised one of Kia's foundational principles, "treat the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern." I hope this specific dealership is not indicative of the organization. Furthermore, this incident can be rectified if and only if the dealership honors my grandmother's original lease agreement.
Best car buying experience
Kyle and David went above and beyond to find us a great deal. They model what customer service is all about. I highly recommend both of these guys and Edwards KIA to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Long day, but worth it!
I went in for an oil change on my leased 2015 Kia Sportage and I left with a 2019 Kia Sportage. Kyle McKinney is the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure buying a car from. I didn't feel dumb or pressured into into anything. He took me for a scenic test drive and made me feel important. They also have a great finance department. They also didn't make me feel pressured. They worked several scenerios until they found the best one that fit my budget. This is my 3rd car from Edwards auto group and I will be back when my lease is up and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease.
Ease of car buying
Edwsrds Kia makes purchasing a new car very easy, they have friendly sales people very fast financing. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from them. When and if we need another vehicle we will go to Edwards KIA.
We bought a 2018 forte last Saturday. We were rushing as my kids were here from out of town. I ended up agreeing to purchase things for the car I didnt really want. They were nice and rewrote the contract Monday for us. This is the second vehicle we have purchased there
Bought new car!!
About 1 month ago I sent in a inquiry to Edwards Nissan Kia. Within minutes, RJ Hadley sent me an email and made sure he followed up with me. I finally decided to meet with him, not knowing I was going to drive away with a brand new car that day. RJ was very patient with me and made sure he gave me all of my options to help me get into a new car that also fit my budget. I absolutely love my Kia Sportage and Im very happy I chose Edwards Kia! Thank you RJ, and everyone else that made this a easy, fast, and exciting experience!

Yet another service call.
Every time I come, your people make me feel as though my car is the only one they are concerned with. I have never felt as though I was imposing on them. Friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend KIA to anyone I know looking for a car.
