A couple days later called to see how we were doing and if there were any issues we were concerned about. Nice! I did have concerns… about the arbitration agreement and Frank Herrera and GM Leo Spikas worked with us and we reached a satisfying agreement. This I very much appreciated.No pressure, will work with you on getting the deal done.
by PonyMan on 09/08/2015I like doing my business locally, I have found that for Barile Ford does a lot better job pleasing the customer then other choices in my area. They don't trick you and overpriced financing, for overpriced dealer options, they have a very… friendly staff and a clean facility. I can't say much about the service department because i service my own cars, and being a Ford I have never taken one back for any type of warranty work!At Barile Ford, we appreciate your feedback, PonyMan. by amberpardo on 05/06/2015Tim rocks!! I had no knowledge of 2015 Ford Fusion SE, even though I was provided a manual for the car. I thought the same thing every other consumer thinks "who reads the manual" I wanted to play around with the gizmos and gadgets and… figure things out myself. Then came time to pump the gas. Most cars come with a lever to pop open the tank, my car did not so I texted my salesman Tim and he had to explain to me how to get it open; he was at a funeral. Now that's service....The only con I have regarding Barile Ford is that the price of the oil change was a lot higher in price then most companies, and the price of the tire I had to replace was a bit expensive. Over all though, These guys rock!!!Thank you for the amazing review, amberpardo! Congratulations again on your new 2015 Ford Fusion SE!
