Our salesman Alex Kadish answered any questions we had, and helped synch our cell phones with the car. A couple days later called to see how we were doing and if there were any issues we were concerned about. Nice! I did have concerns about the arbitration agreement and Frank Herrera and GM Leo Spikas worked with us and we reached a satisfying agreement. This I very much appreciated.
