Great service
by Diana Harris on 04/14/2025I was very happy that Don Ayres Honda serviced my car in a timely manner. They also took care of a safety recall for me so I don't have to worry about that anymore. They changed the oil, and rotated my tires and re-aligned the tires. Also… washed the vehicle afterwards. Great service, and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for vehicles. Good but expensive service

Paul Evans was great in explaining the service options and costs. If Ireturn for additional service I will seek him out.… The main problem with the service was the cost. I have found that your prices are generally 50 to 70% higher than established repair shops. The service advisors are great and my little crv keeps running well with over 225,000 miles. The new waiting area is nice and open. He was so kind and answered all my questions. Just as important he explained what the… maintenance codes meant and exactly what was going to be done. Accommodations while waiting were very nice and everything was completed in a timely manner. So many places need to take a lesson from Don Ayres.
