    Addison does a great job with detail, clarity, patience, and professionalism. I'm always happy to come in for service with him as I know my Honda will last a long time as long as I keep up on it's maintenance. The team does a great job keeping records and making sure I'm aware what is going on. They make sure the decision is in my hands before doing anything as well which I absolutely appreciate.

    My sales rep, Greg, was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Since I was buying the car, he directed all conversation to me, and didn’t defer to my husband. This is a rare thing at car dealers, and is very much appreciated by us. Thank you! This was by far the easiest car purchase we’ve ever made.

    Helpful getting me to and from work while my car got worked on. Wished they would have at least tried to fix the sprayers on my wipers instead of telling me to just buy new ones.

    I was very happy that Don Ayres Honda serviced my car in a timely manner. They also took care of a safety recall for me so I don't have to worry about that anymore. They changed the oil, and rotated my tires and re-aligned the tires. Also washed the vehicle afterwards. Great service, and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for vehicles. They also have a new waiting lounge area, which is very nice.

    Job was done professionally and assume the new starter installed will work for the rest of the life of my accord. Paul Evans was great in explaining the service options and costs. If Ireturn for additional service I will seek him out. The main problem with the service was the cost. I have found that your prices are generally 50 to 70% higher than established repair shops. I suppose that’s typical for dealer service.

    Everything from making the initial appointment to the actual service was very easy. Service representative John was very friendly and efficient and seemed to go above and beyond. This is the second time I've submitted this survey because "something went wrong ". That is why I am informing you that I have done this twice, in case the first submission did actually go through.

    I had routine maintenance done and I have always had positive experiences from the service department. The service advisors are great and my little crv keeps running well with over 225,000 miles. The new waiting area is nice and open. It makes for a comfortable waiting environment.

    First off, thanks to Dan at Don Ayres Honda Fort Wayne for the stellar customer service! This was my first maintenance visit since I purchased my accord. He was so kind and answered all my questions. Just as important he explained what the maintenance codes meant and exactly what was going to be done. Accommodations while waiting were very nice and everything was completed in a timely manner. So many places need to take a lesson from Don Ayres. This is what customer service is supposed to be!!

    it was very good experience with service provided fast to maintain the safety of my CRV. Which with me picking grandchildren this weekend was deeply appreciated and the car is running very well with gas mileage noticeably improved.
