    I was able to schedule an appointment with the service department very quickly and the lady I spoke to was so friendly when I called to say I was running behind schedule! She quickly said that's fine and we look forward to seeing you. Very nice! Then once I pulled in the service bay, Jonathan quickly checked me in and service began! Jonathan is very knowledgeable and assisted me in making a decision on service options!

    The moment I drop my car off felt as if I was just a number paying for services. I was not communicated when my car was completed, my appointment was at 1:30pm I arrived late by 8 minutes, I had to send a text to check the status on my oil change at 3pm to see if it was completed. I was not made aware of if the technicians was running behind upon drop off nor during my waiting period. It was not very pleasant for the cost of a $77 oil change. I could've took my car to ED Martin Buick dealership and had a better communication/experience for what this was worth.

    The Andy Moore service team once again did a great job on my vehicle. My experience from dropping my car off to the service advisor all the way throug picking it up was excellent as usual. There were no surprises and the work was done in a very timely manner

    Purchased vehicle there new and had continuous problems with engine, timing chain, steering, transmission, and burning oil. Most recent visit they advised that to address burning oil I could 1) rebuild engine, 2) replace engine, or 3) keep adding oil until my "financial situation" was better and I could buy a new car. That was very rude and insulting; I had no discussion about my financial situation, other than I did not want to pay $8000 for a new engine. Submitted after-service review and the customer service rep could not understand my complaint or frustration, nor did she offer any consolation other than offering to make an appointment to see if the car was burning oil or not (I already know it is). She made no effort at customer recovery. I am insulted and disappointed.

    I purchased a used Buick Enclave from another local dealer. The experience was awful. After 3 months I was having problems with the car and took it in to Andy Mohr. Both of the problems were the result of recalls the selling dealership should have made us aware of. Andy Mohr fixed the problem at no charge - they're good people.

About our dealership
