by Coryfitter on 12/29/2015After telling them what bank to use for financing, we ended up buying elsewhere for a better deal. Weeks after, we began receiving inquiries from multiple institutions. We received at least 10 additional inquiries. Apparently if you do… not buy from them, they run your credit at will. Our credit scores decreased due to the tremendous amount of inquiries!!! Keep your personal information to yourself and line up your own financing before you drive on the lot!!Great salesman and great experience

Harold Ziegler did not have an F150 with the exact options or color I wanted. They soon found one at another dealer and had it… shipped to Elkhart. Above and beyond what was expected

She gave me the ACTUAL BOTTOM LINE PRICE when I asked for it (unlike every other dealership that I had visited in the previous 3 weeks. A… new car is a huge puchase for most people nowadays so I was being extremely picky on what I wanted and I gave her my very specific needs, wants and top dollar I was willing to spend. She found me 4 vehicles that met all requiremets, 3 that day and the last one that I bought within the week. The saleswomen was awesome and did a great job without the BS and without trying to UPSALE me. by Johnson_W_E on 11/30/2014I was looking at new F-150's on the internet and ran across a new STX advertised at Harold Zeigler Ford in Elkhart, IN. I requested an online quote on the truck and received a call from their internet sales manager Mitch Miller who asked a… few questions about what I was looking for. After talking we set a time to meet at the dealership on a Thursday to discuss a possible deal. I took the drive down to Elkhart and sat down with Mitch and we put together a very good deal. He found and applied as many discounts as possible to add incentives including the Ford X-Partner Program discount which is given to employees who work in the automotive industry for Ford and their suppliers. That added another $1500 in discounts off of the price of the new truck. He also added 2 other discounts that raised the value of my trade-in of a 2003 Ranger which maximized the value of my trade-in. When everything was said and done I drove a new 2014 F-150 STX off the lot for less than $30,000 and I could not be happier. It is a great truck at a great value and Mitch did everything he could to make the deal right. After we had the deal set I was not ready to sign because I wanted to include my wife before we signed any paperwork. He let me take the truck home and we went back on Saturday and finished up the deal. Overall it was a great buying experience and I would highly recommend Harold Zeigler Ford in Elkhart to anyone looking for a new vehicle.2015 Ford Escape
by sarae14 on 11/15/2014The short response is that my experience was fantastic, from Mitch Miller the internet manager to Brian Stempien the business manager who both treated me with professionalism and thoroughness in selling the vehicle and walking me through… the many features my new vehicle offered with an open invitation to return if I had additional questions or just wanted another review of the many features the Escape offers. Mitch was very open to working with my schedule that day and I'm guessing both men may have actually stayed late to help me with my purchase. Never was I treated like I was a dumb woman that needed to be educated on how to buy a car as I'd heard from other dealers. To be honest I had been searching for a new Escape for four months and had spoken to nearly (not exaggerating) every Ford dealer in Northern Indiana/Central to Southern Michigan area and been given the run around so many times that I was ready to give up and wait another year to make a purchase. Instead I went to HZ's website one evening, found a vehicle that offered what I was looking for on their lot, sent Mitch an email and first thing the next morning he contacted me and by the end of the day I drove home my new vehicle. The waiting area while they prepped my new vehicle was clean, with comfortable seating, wifi and tv's to make the wait easy. When the title application came they called and offered either in person pick up or mail, I chose mail and it arrived the next day!Thank you for the wonderful review!
