The short response is that my experience was fantastic, from Mitch Miller the internet manager to Brian Stempien the business manager who both treated me with professionalism and thoroughness in selling the vehicle and walking me through the many features my new vehicle offered with an open invitation to return if I had additional questions or just wanted another review of the many features the Escape offers. Mitch was very open to working with my schedule that day and I'm guessing both men may have actually stayed late to help me with my purchase. Never was I treated like I was a dumb woman that needed to be educated on how to buy a car as I'd heard from other dealers. To be honest I had been searching for a new Escape for four months and had spoken to nearly (not exaggerating) every Ford dealer in Northern Indiana/Central to Southern Michigan area and been given the run around so many times that I was ready to give up and wait another year to make a purchase. Instead I went to HZ's website one evening, found a vehicle that offered what I was looking for on their lot, sent Mitch an email and first thing the next morning he contacted me and by the end of the day I drove home my new vehicle. The waiting area while they prepped my new vehicle was clean, with comfortable seating, wifi and tv's to make the wait easy. When the title application came they called and offered either in person pick up or mail, I chose mail and it arrived the next day!
