I had a flat tire and Mark made sure that my car was given top priority when received. He ordered the tire and within 24… hours I had my car back. I'd also like to say the Mercedes Road Side Service was awesome; they contacted the towing agency to pick up my car and they were at my home within 90 minutes of the call; car was placed on the flatbed and away it went to St. Charles. Very informative on what truly needs to be done and confirms with mechanics too. They treat you… so well whether it’s a car wash or service or just to say hi, everyone there is like family.
