I want to give a huge shot out to Mark Matuszewski who has been my service representative for the past 12 years. I had a flat tire and Mark made sure that my car was given top priority when received. He ordered the tire and within 24 hours I had my car back. I'd also like to say the Mercedes Road Side Service was awesome; they contacted the towing agency to pick up my car and they were at my home within 90 minutes of the call; car was placed on the flatbed and away it went to St. Charles.
