Buyer Beware
by Donna on 01/18/2022When you walk into this dealership you will notice a short, overweight salesperson is an open office to your right. He and all the other all male sales personnel are wearing black. This salesman will gesture for you to take a seat facing… him in his little open office space, neither greeting you nor smiling. These men are [non-permissible content removed]. The first time I left after trying to speak with this man, there was a coffee drink splashed over my trade-in Jaguar vehicle. The next time I went in for the black 2020 Fusion I wanted to purchase, I was careful to insist on another salesperson. A younger man handled my purchase and i believe he is a nephew of the first man. i was delayed in making the purchase for hours, being worn down and unable to communicate with the "financial guy" and other delays, just left sitting and waiting. I forgot to ask to drop the destination charges due to being fatigued, not offered even a cup of water, just waiting. Disrespectful treatment here.No Organization
by Nolby on 12/29/2021I scheduled my car to get serviced for a recall. The woman who answered the phone, scheduled me for midday. When I got to the dealer I was told the recall I had was a full day job, and I would need to take the car first thing in the… morning. I rescheduled, with the same woman. She scheduled me for the morning at my request. I got to my second appointment, and I was told they couldn’t take me, because they needed to order the parts for the recall before scheduling the work to be done. I was told they would order the parts and call me when they came in to schedule the recall repair. That last appointment was in early October. I haven’t received a call, haven’t been scheduled, and am still driving with the recalls. I just wish there was organization between everyone to know what needs to get done, before I have to take time off of work to go twice.Great experience

I think as a service manager he is causing significant damage to the dealer but also to the Ford brand. Wendy took of me and was… very polite and professional. After dropping my car off 9/3/19 for an engine issue on a 2017 Ford Fusion I’m happy to say I got my car back 9/26/19 I think that’s the nicest thing I can… say. No loaner no compensation from Ford for my rental.Awesome service

As a female marketing executive, I appreciate excellent… service without the stereotypical pejorative treatment found at most car dealerships. My sales associate, Pete Miechowicki was friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful, respectful and honored the offer without any sort of “bait and switch”. The entire process took less than an hour. Plus, he even ensured delivery of the check the next business day, since it was not feasible to have a check cut on Saturday. I highly recommend the Zeigler North Riverside dealership, the KBB instant offer experience, and Pete M. whether selling or buying a car. Thank you.
