Dealership Service Review
I scheduled my car to get serviced for a recall. The woman who answered the phone, scheduled me for midday. When I got to the dealer I was told the recall I had was a full day job, and I would need to take the car first thing in the morning. I rescheduled, with the same woman. She scheduled me for the morning at my request. I got to my second appointment, and I was told they couldn’t take me, because they needed to order the parts for the recall before scheduling the work to be done. I was told they would order the parts and call me when they came in to schedule the recall repair. That last appointment was in early October. I haven’t received a call, haven’t been scheduled, and am still driving with the recalls. I just wish there was organization between everyone to know what needs to get done, before I have to take time off of work to go twice.
