Worse experience with a dealer I have ever had! I thought this survey was a joke. After dropping my car off 9/3/19 for an engine issue on a 2017 Ford Fusion I’m happy to say I got my car back 9/26/19 I think that’s the nicest thing I can say. No loaner no compensation from Ford for my rental.
