    My service was a routine oil change in the Quick Lane. No problems. No attempt to add charges. My comment is about service not done for another customer, an older lady who said a bad odor was coming from her car's vents. After checking, the service man showed her the cabin air filter that was perfectly clean and odor free. He suspected mold in the vents that could be fixed by disinfectant spray. He could have easily sold her an unnecessary filter. Instead he solved her problem with no charge.She apparently is a regular customer. Before she left she bought pizza for the office crew. Such courtesy and honesty is rare today. Five stars well deserved.

    I’ve been to other Quick Lubes which have been fantastic and very communicative. I arrived at 7:30 and was told it would be an hour until my car could be serviced, which I thought allowed me more than enough time as I had an appointment to make at 10. At 9:00 my car was still in the same spot in line, and I had to leave to receive quicker service elsewhere because I was told my car would not be ready for me to leave by 9:45. I would have appreciated some communication along the way to help me understand how long of a wait I was actually looking at so I could have better planned my morning.

    Got a 2022 Ford Bronco lemon. The roof leaks and after paying almost 100k for a brand new truck that’s been in the service department longer than being in my possession, the service manager suggests not to take my truck to a car wash. This truck shouldn’t been sold. It’s a lemon.

    This review applies to the quick lane service. Very thorough inspection during oil change found multiple suspension parts needing replacement under warranty. Work performed by Art, a real pro. Service was professional and explained very well.

    The service of Zeigler Ford was Jubilant ,due to the service advisor Tom. Having to take care of all my needs in a day. From having the car towed and completed with respect and recommendations on maintaining the upkeeps on my vehicle for a smooth ride 😊 Also thankful to all mechanics and other personal that makes the transition work well .     I brought my F-150 in for an oil change. I was informed that they could also take care of the recalls and software updates. Amanda was great. She kept us informed through the whole process and made sure all work was completed in a timely manner.

    I brought my car in for low tire pressure, they checked my tires no questions asked. I also asked if they could look at my Hood latch, not only did they check it but they also lubricated the latch.

    Friendly staff who seemed to want to get you what you wanted. Didn’t try to hard sell extra accessories or add ons. Also didn’t try to sell a car over msrp!
