Poor Communication and Slow Service

onI’ve been to other Quick Lubes which have been fantastic and very communicative. I arrived at 7:30 and was told it would be an hour until my car could be serviced, which I thought allowed me more than enough time as I had an appointment to make at 10. At 9:00 my car was still in the same spot in line, and I had to leave to receive quicker service elsewhere because I was told my car would not be ready for me to leave by 9:45. I would have appreciated some communication along the way to help me understand how long of a wait I was actually looking at so I could have better planned my morning.
