onMy service was a routine oil change in the Quick Lane. No problems. No attempt to add charges. My comment is about service not done for another customer, an older lady who said a bad odor was coming from her car's vents. After checking, the service man showed her the cabin air filter that was perfectly clean and odor free. He suspected mold in the vents that could be fixed by disinfectant spray. He could have easily sold her an unnecessary filter. Instead he solved her problem with no charge.She apparently is a regular customer. Before she left she bought pizza for the office crew. Such courtesy and honesty is rare today. Five stars well deserved.
