    I loved everything about Napelton and I would never go to another dealership. Sales staff were very helpful, friendly and not pushy. They were also very knowledgable about the vehicles. Mo and his staff do an excellent job.

    everybody here was great friendly and energetic! as soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by an employee and i was never waiting long! i would definitely recommend people here!! :)

    Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. No one treated us different. The offered drinks while we waited as well as checked on me after the purchase. I will go there for all my car buying needs.

    Very professional, and also patient when it comes to trying to get the best deal/rate available, without sending you to a thousand banks. Also i had a great sales consultant that was very, very patient with me. John stone was honest and upfront with me from the start and i appreciate that truly, that's one of the most important thing's in car buying. Also the finance manager was great and friendly, and the new car manager was very diligent and professional.

    I applied online and was told I was preapproved. The service rep called me to ask me for a bit more information i have her the info requested and she told me I was approved and that they had a offer that if I came within 24hrs of applying they would could get me into a new car. When I looked online they had a Jeep Patriot on sale for 15,995.00 I thought that her offer was honest and legit. When I came in after waiting for so long for them to get my approval the Sales rep tellse I would have to go for a used car. He further explains that he can sell me a used Jeep Patriot at 16,200.00. I was completely thrown off I told him why would I want a used car if you have a new one at cheaper regardless if it is a basic car? He tried to swindle me into believing I would be paying less for the used car. I had to cut straight to the point and tell him your trying to play tricks and do me wrong and I don't appreciate that. Be honest with me. He waited for the manager and the manager tried to play the same game. I told him just give me what the monthly payment will be with the APR and I will decide if I want it or not I don't need to hear a run around. They told me ok no problem. Then they came back and said o you need a cosigner. Wasted 2 hrs with a bunch of [non-permissible content removed].

    Salesman was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the Wrangler. I knew my price and what I wanted and Napelton met my needs. Two other dealerships didn't want to work with me or as knowledgeable about their products, their loss, that's why we choose Napelton again and will continue to do so.

    Patrick and the sales team are amazing! They make us feel welcome and thanks to the team our family will continue to purchase our vehicles from Patrick. We have 2 more teen kids that will be driving within the next 5 years.

    Went to the dealership to test drive a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited I'd seen online and inquired about a few days before. Was informed at first by Robin who kept in touch with me for about a week that the vehicle may have be sold. My son and I were then introduced to Ed S. who took me to drive a 2012 Nissan Altima. Upon our return I was informed that the Hyundai was indeed available and was being cleaned up. Drove it, loved it and bought. Ed S. was great, Robin was polite and even the finance dept. was quick and smooth. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and recommend them and Ed to friends and family

    My car buying experience at Napleton’s River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep was positive. I presented a certificate of savings from AAA motor club. The sales person, Tony S., worked diligently with me to make a sale which left both parties happy. I agree with the other reviewer, Tony goes beyond the call of duty. I got a booboo on my car‘s bumper. I was mortified. A 2013 Dodge Avenger with an ugly boo boo. I called Tony and he told me to bring the car back. Tony had the booboo taken care of for me. Best of all, NO CHARGE!!! I would be remise not to mention that Mike in the service department was also instrumental in restoring my car back almost to its original state. I love my car. I love Tony and Mike. My overall experience at Napleton earned them 5 stars. I look forward to making my next purchase with this dealership and Tony of course.

    This is a personal thank you for Bonita and Tony S. I would just like to thank them so very much, Bonita for having patience with me and never badgered me into coming and looking for a vehicle, and Tony for listening to my situation, and helping me accordingly. The information I gave him to work out something for me, I gave it to another salesman at webb ford. I told the salesman what I was working with told him to bring me some numbers I could work with. NEVER heard back from other salesman but I did from Tony S. Please keep up the good work I have been telling all my friends to go there to buy their next vehicle and will continue to do so, you guys get 2 thumbs up. Mary Jenks new owner of 2014 Dodge Caravan.

    This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. My first purchase was 2011 and is was just okay. My second purchase was recent, 2013 with Tony S. My first request was... No I didn't want the same salesperson. I told him what I wanted and I didn't have the energy to go back and forth with the Sales Mgr. He actually made it happened. After the sale I have had an even better experience because he actually cared about my issues that were beyond the scope of the sale. Example//I was having problems with programing my garage door with my truck. I had received an email from him thanking me for the sale and if there was anything he could do for me just let him know...well I did and he followed through and got the information for me from the company that installed they device in my truck. I have had service on my other vehicle and surprisingly he remembered me and still asked if he could be of some assistance..wow..because it's usually a rap with salespeople after the papers are signed they just walk past you as though you didn't just spend a great deal of time jaw jacking with them...Thanks Tony! I love my 2013, Durango R/T.
