You were able to get us exactly… the vehicle we wanted at a very fair price and you also kept all your promises. It was so obvious that ownership & your management teams #1 priority is customer satisfaction. Kudos to Howie and the service department in finishing the final detailing we requested as well. Purchased a KIA Soul from Dan M
by bruin9045 on 08/29/2016My wife and I were helped by Dan Mulhany, Internet manager at Ed Napleton Kia in Elmhurst, IL. Dan was very patient with us as we test drove numerous cars in the lot and took our time. Dan was easy going and overall provided and enjoyable… environment for my wife and I. I didn't appreciate the fact that we couldn't get an idea of the price until we committed to wanting the car. Maybe this is a typical process that dealerships run their customers through, but we just wanted a fair price. Long story short, we decided on the car and were proposed with a price that was unrealistic. Even with having a contact within the company, they stilll gave us a super high price. I haven't been through this process much, so I can't speak comparatively to other dealers, but it kind of bummed me out. Thankfully we were prepared to negotiate. I will say, we walked out the door with a fair price and felt very good about our purchase, which is what is most important. Management even threw in an additional warrantee for us, which was generous. After the purchase the multiple managers we spoke with were friendly and treated us well. Overall not a bad experience, and most importantly we were happy with the price, but felt slightly misled (we were told by our contact that we wouldn't have to negotiate), which leads to the 3 stars. We liked Dan and want him to do well, but make sure you are prepared to negotiate.I am glad to hear you are pleased with your overall experience. Kyle was one of the first sales guy who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy with the taking his time to go over all the features, Bluetooth… our phones and work the gps ... Kyle Gonzalez, our sales rep, was amazing -- straightforward, no gimmicks or double talk,… completely upfront. The price, as well as the warranty, were first rate! And we were "in and out" in less than 2 hours!! The finance rep was equally attentive, efficient, and excellent. I guess there was a switch in who's I'd actually be serviced by and Vince called me and let… me know that he was my guy. Upon arrival, Vince was phenomenal from his initial handshake to his goodbye wink. Very knowledgeable and patient. Made sure I left with my car and I love it. Look forward to this new relationship with Kia in Elmhurst as this is my first car! Thanks again Vince and Bob (financer)!Vince sure is one cool cat. He knows how to make your experience go smooth. He was the best kept us informed of what was being done to our vehicle and provided us with options and… solutions He had excellent customer service. we also had a chance to meet with the service and part director named Ronald whom was also very kind and courteous to us making us aware of the situation we were in and how we can prevent future damages. Overall I feel we will be returning customer although I cannot speak for all the service employees I am certain there is great customer service from Shant and Ronald .Great great great
