We came here after playing bait and switch with another dealer ( McGrath Arlington Kia). Everyone at Ed Napleton Kia of Elmhurst is top notch! We did purchase a car. They stand behind what they say and deliver. There is no high pressure sales here they actually want you to be happy. A special thanks to our salesman Kyle also Eric, Patty and Paul and who ever else was behind the scenes to make this happen. I highly recommend Ed Napleton of Elmhurst top notch with no pressure!
