    Everyone I experienced there was extremely friendly. I usually don't enjoy these types of experiences but this one was actually pretty quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend.

    I had a sunroof installed in my Murano. It took two days. I was given a free vehicle to drive and it come back looking even cleaner then I had left it. When I have picked up my previous vehicle from the Chevy service department it was always left dirty and with footprints. There was none of this there. Eric Esmits, Mark Feld and Sal were all excellent to deal with.

    They did a great job and were friendly, helpful and explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. Definately recommend to family and friends.

    The service was phenomenal! Not only was I in and out of there in what seemed like 20 minutes, but I felt like a king by the time I left. I can't say enough about Joe Di Bella, the service advisor and Benny Espinosa, the certified technician. They were professional and helpful and made coming into your facility a welcome pleasure.

    Service writers were fine. The work was the absolute worst. Putting the vehicle back together was an apparent challenge for them, didn't put the clips for the engine shield back, thought my car was falling apart doing 60 on the expressway. The interior housing for the transmission was not put back into place correctly leaving good sized gaps on either side of the trim. I actually told them what was wrong with the car and they told me I was wrong and charged me for a different service that they guaranteed would solve the issue with the transmission. Guess what, I was back two weeks later and they finally did what I asked them to do to begin with, wow. At least I have no more issues with the tranny. As for the guarantee, they told me that they would not give me my money back and that they would have bet money that their solution would have fixed the problem. The conversation was long and not pleasant, these guys are the absolute worst.

    We are waiting for the completion of the service on our car, but if it's anything like the sales, it'll be a good experience!

    I was so happy with this service department. It's very rare you go get your car worked on and find it to be a pleasant experience. Everyone there is very friendly and nice. Tony worked on my vehicle and did a great job. Kenny was my advisor and he took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone!

    i love M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL! i went in knowing i was going to buy a nissan. I've always loved the style and safety features. I was greeted by Mike. I told him my situation right away. I am a college student with no credit. he was able to set me up with a college graduate program and i was approved for a brand new car! He was very helpful with explaining the different models and i choose to get a 2011 Nissan Sentra. Once i spoke to Betty Jo i was completely won over by Nissan's service. She was the best. She was very sweet and helpful and i truly felt like she cared about my safety and budget. Tom in financial was very nice and the process went smoothly. From the time i was able to get into my new car to now, the service at M'Lady Nissan is exceptional. My Salesmen, Mike still calls from time to time to make sure im still happy and if he can do anything else for me. I really appreciate how M'Lady cares for their customers as their friends. I want to do all my Business with them for now on.
