Service writers were fine. The work was the absolute worst. Putting the vehicle back together was an apparent challenge for them, didn't put the clips for the engine shield back, thought my car was falling apart doing 60 on the expressway. The interior housing for the transmission was not put back into place correctly leaving good sized gaps on either side of the trim. I actually told them what was wrong with the car and they told me I was wrong and charged me for a different service that they guaranteed would solve the issue with the transmission. Guess what, I was back two weeks later and they finally did what I asked them to do to begin with, wow. At least I have no more issues with the tranny. As for the guarantee, they told me that they would not give me my money back and that they would have bet money that their solution would have fixed the problem. The conversation was long and not pleasant, these guys are the absolute worst.
