by Tmpas on 05/19/2020The Taylor dealership has truly went above and beyond any of my expectations. I found a car that i wanted on am popular car finding app. Unfortunately they were almost three hours from where I live. It was a used car that I liked so the… lemon law does not apply in this case. After a few months of purchasing the vehicle, I was caught in a large rain storm. The car died and the lights starting flashing, the horn was going off, wipers going, It was like the car was possessed. It was obvious that my car had an electrical issue which was not covered on the warranty that I purchased when i bought the car. Electrical issues are very difficult to track down. After getting stranded and towed twice and having the car in the shop numerous times I thought I was doomed. After a few calls to the Taylor dealership and talking to a few people, I felt I was getting nowhere fast. Then one day i received a call from the dealership owner. He reassured me that he is a man of his word and he stands behind his cars. At first I thought it was just talk but quickly found out that he was a business owner that very rare these days to find. After taking my car to the shop and talking to the owner a few more times, we thought we had finally found the root cause and all of the issues were fixed. Mr. Crosswell blew my mind by reimbursing me not only for all of the tows and repair bills, but also the warranty that I had bought. WOW. But this story does not end there and Mr. Crosswell totally changed the game and has made a lifetime customer out of me and you also after finish. A month later while on the interstate coming home from my daughters basketball game and in a rain storm with my son in the car. My car broke down again while in the middle of the highway. I called Mr. Crosswell the next day and told him that i could no longer safely rely on this vehicle with me or my children in it. He told me he understood and would stand behind his cars and fix it. Mr. Crisswell bought my car back for the entire purchase price and had another one, two years newer and 100,000 less miles, delivered from three hours away, before I got off of work the next day. Just WOW. I love my car and have had zero problems with it and even though my experience started as a nightmare, Mr. Crosswell made it into the most incredible story ever. He was completely honest in telling me that he was a man of his word and stood behind his cars, even used ones, so much that he has a customer for life and you should be also!service manager was great. by MicheleEskelsen on 04/14/2020The day after purchasing a jeep the service enngine light came on. They got me in right away and I was told it would be$ 500 to fix a sensor. The service manager explained to the dealership manager serveral times that they should be… covering the cost due to it only being hours after buying it. The dealership manager was not willing to do that. In the end they agreed to take only $250 off. I was not happy and eventually the outcome was my salesman agreeing to cover the extra $250. I won't buy here again because if a business is not willing to cover only $250 but is willing to let their employee take it out of their commision then that is not the kind of business I want to support. After spending thousands of dollars on a vehicle the day before I think losing a customer over such a small amount and treating their salesman that way isn't a business I will recommend again. In the end I gave Nate my salesman a thank you card and $125 cash explaining I didn't want him taking it all out of his pocket. When picking up my jeep I was told they put the $125 towards the cost and I explained that money was for Nate my salesman and not the dealership. I left not knowing where that money went in the end. by Ashley847 on 10/07/2015Given my experience with Taylor I would never go back there again. Long story short, waited forever to give me a response from Chrysler on if they were going to fix hinges on my Jeep, never gave me a response. Knew i was upset and didn’t… have a loaner car ready, gave me a faulty loaner car with bad front tires, made me wait to get the new loaner car. Painted my car’s hinges poorly and got paint on door handles and dirtied inside. Made me go and complain to their 3rd party vendor that was fixing my car. Went back again to get my car after they “fixed” it, only to find out it still wasn’t complete and still don’t have my car after a week, all for just touching up the paint on the bottom part of my hinges. Long detailed story: We had purchased our brand new Jeep 6 months ago, about 3 months ago we noticed that the paint had started to chip on the hinges. We had brought back to Taylor’s service department and asked what they could do. They instructed us to come back the next day so that the person that handles those items would be in and he could take pictures and send it to Chrysler. We came back the next day he took the pictures and told us it would be 1-2 weeks before we would get a response form Taylor. A week later I had called back and inquired to see if they had received a response and they said they did not but that they would call me back the following Monday. About a week later my husband stopped there to inquire and they informed us that they never sent in the pictures and that they would re-do it. Another 3 weeks go by and we had still not heard anything, so I called and they had said “oh yea that was approved, we must have missed calling you”. So we go back and forth and set up an appointment. The day that I was to bring my car in I had spoken with a manager and told them I would be there about 4:00 to drop the car off after I had expressed some issues with him. He said he was going to make a call and make sure everything was set up for when I arrive. When we arrived nobody could find my paperwork, and the loaner car was not even ready and we had to wait 5 mins. The following day I was driving home from work in their 2011 Grand Cherokee they had given me when I noticed that the car was shaking bad. When i got home my husband looked at and noticed that the front tires belts were showing and the tire was bowed (tire could have blown at any time). I called Taylor and the service department had left for the day the receptionist had made some calls or talked to someone and asked me to bring the car back in, so I did (even though they gave me a faulty vehicle and should have brought me a new one). Also, she they knew how long it would take me to get there and I still had to wait another 30 mins to get another car. Two days later I called to check and see if my Jeep was ready and they said it was. When I arrived looked over my car and the paint was off and didn’t match, the texture wasn’t even the same, the inside of my car was filthy, and there was a throwaway dental floss thing in my seat! When bringing the problem to the managers attention he asked that i go to Gerber Collision with him and express my issues. This was an even worse experience… They “manager” that we spoke with was dressed in a polo shirt, basket ball shorts, and tube socks. When I started to express my issues with the quality of work that was performed he argued with me. He told me that they fixed the top part of my hinges because that looked right (even though it was the bottom) and that I didn’t know what I was talking about and he had pictures to prove that he fixed the top and that the bottom came the way it looked, his work was excellent! I told him to show me the pictures, i knew why i brought my car and and I knew what was wrong with it. He went into his office looked on his computer and came out and then said “I must have lost them” then he slowly started to man up, by telling me that he couldn’t “match” up the paint on my car and that any time your car is in an accident they will never be able to make it look 100%. After going back and forth he agreed to fix it first thing Monday morning and he would detail it. Tuesday afternoon I called Taylor and asked if my car was done yet. The gentleman put me on hold and checked. He told me it was ready. I asked him if it was done properly and he replied “yes, and it is detailed”. So I went to go pick it up. When we arrived we looked over the paint job and still are not satisfied. The car looked as if they detailed it, but did not fix it. The paint around the door by the hinges was now chipped. So yet another trip to Taylor and my car is still not back… Can’t wait to see how it looks when I go to get it in another 2-3 days.above and beyond
by astone3 on 04/22/2015I've always heard good things about Taylor's staff and customer service so when we were ready to buy it was our first stop. Noah was who we talked to and he gave me a very detailed walk around and test drive of a jeep compass let me drive… as much as we needed to really get a feel for it. Explained all the perks of the vehicle and how the certified pre owned plan works. Once we decided that this was the right vehicle Noah worked very hard to get us in the vehicle that day we were there until an hour after closing but we drove home with the biggest smile on our face and couldn't be happier. Anyone that needs a vehicle has my 100% reccomendation to see anyone of the salesman at Taylor their staff members are very honest and helpful. Noah went above and beyond to help us. Theirs not many dealerships like Taylor Chrysler dodge jeep ram. Noah is the most helpful salesman I've ever dealt with and our finance person Jamie made everything understandable also the porter really made the car shine and make it feel brand new and when it's time to get another vehicle theirs no questions asked where we are heading. We have gotten previous vehicles from Taylor Dodge (and so has our other family members). The employee that we went to see was Ray Marko. We have… personally bought several vehicles from him. Ray first started out to us as an employee, many-many years ago then turned into more as a FRIEND and we trust him as if he was family. The experience was Great and we would and have always recommended Taylor Dodge & especially our friend Ray to ANYONE looking for an experience they can be comfortable with.The Best Car Buying Experience!

Scott: He took the time to go over every option, from interest rates to rebates I could get.… I feel like he was really trying to give me the best deal for the vehicle I wanted and what would be better for me. Ed and Jamie: they both explained everything very well. I walked out of there knowing exactly what I was paying for. Signing all the paperwork can be stressful but they were both knowledgeable and made my experience so stress-free!! My overall experience at this dealership was by far the best I had ever had! I really felt like I was cared for as a person than a "sale". I walked out of there confident that I picked the best vehicle and got the best price.
